I haven’t been training recently, in fact I haven’t lifted for over 3 months,
But I came back & did a PB of 118kg bench press
How? I think because Trent has been training me for about a year now, he knows what I’m capable of.
And because I trust him I don’t question the weight, which changes my belief.
I wonder how much we could all lift if our belief was that it was easy? 🤔
