If you’re a veggie- or not, you need this in your life. Corn- bake in foil for 15mins, brush with sriracha mayo, drizzle lime, crumble feta, add some coriander and salt and black pepper. Mushroom rice- fry mushrooms with garlic add lime and mix with a bag of microwave rice. Salad- spinach, pomegranate seeds, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and coriander then drizzle olive oil, lime juice and salt and black pepper ✌🏻

Big jar of refreshing, skin glowing goodness. Even Beau loved it! I blended half a watermelon, half a cucumber, a handful of strawberries and two apples. Then squeezed in half a giant lemon. I then sieved it twice to make it extra smooth ✌🏻day three of going veggie is going well and easier than I thought!
Quick actifry dinner ✌🏻Add chopped potatoes, garlic, turmeric and onion salt, fry for 15 mins, then add halloumi, chorizo, mushrooms and asparagus and cook for a further 10 mins. I chopped up a salad, toasted some pitta bread to have with humus and sriracha and put some corn on the cobs in the oven too 😋
If I had to eat this every day .. I wouldn’t be mad about it 🤷🏼♀️ oven baked salmon - lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dill and garlic, baked for 20 mins at 200. Actifry potatoes- olive oil, onion salt and garlic cooked in the actifry for 30 mins. Green beans- olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon, bakes for 30 mins at 200. Sauce- Greek yogurt, dill, Dijon mustard, honey and lemon mixed together 👍🏼
