you don't have to workout, you get to. you have a body that allows you to push and pull and kick and move*. use it. 
this guy deadlifting is blind. he has a seeing eye dog. and he's out here crushing it and not letting shit get in his way. 
we all find motivation in different ways but today this guy motivates me to get off my ass to workout even though I'm not feeling it. there are reasons to not workout and there are excuses. don't confuse the two.

(maybe I was feeling good because I was finally rocking my new @masonscreamery shirt??) .

I love swimming. It helps me forget that summer is over.
However, I suck at it. I can barely to 25 meters without stopping and my form is shit. 
I have a goal to go 100 meters unbroken by the end of the year. 
Make sure you love at least part of your workout routine. A certain lift, class, sport, walking, whatever it is. Otherwise your odds of sticking with it go way down ๐Ÿคž

Cardio sucks. Running on a treadmill fucking sucks. If I'm gonna do cardio it better be fun. Here's a routine I learned that's killer and fun and doesn't involve being anywhere near a treadmill: โ˜• 40 seconds of kb goblet squats ๐ŸŒฎ 40 second rest โ˜• 40 seconds of box jumps ๐ŸŒฎ 40 seconds of wall balls โ˜• 40 seconds of plank ๐Ÿฆ„ focus on Form over Speed
๐Ÿฆ„ for box jumps start ON the box, focus on how fast you can jump off and back up again ๐Ÿฆ„ go for 12 minutes and if you're life isn't sucked out of you go for 24 next time .
