After falling off the healthy bandwagon and losing motivation I’m finally back and ready to regain some balance in my life!! ⚖️🏃🏻‍♀️Hitting off the night with broccoli pizza😍🥦🍕

💡Recipe: simply blend a head of broccoli with 2eggs or a vegan egg (I used both) until relatively smooth and sticky. Add 1tb of pesto and mix through. Then pre bake in the oven for 15mins. Place toppings and bake again for another 10

Recipe: soak 1/3c buckinis over night. Rinse the next morn and cook on stove top with approx same amount of water. Cook until thick. Add cinnamon & milk. Finish off with toppings
