Steak with mushroom peppercorn sauce with feta mash and greens!!!
💡Recipe (for sauce): sauté sliced mushrooms & onion until soft. Add a splash of almond milk and water. Cook till soft. Add a few peppercorns, 2tb of nutritional yeast and 1tb balsamic vinegar

💡Recipe: simply blend a head of broccoli with 2eggs or a vegan egg (I used both) until relatively smooth and sticky. Add 1tb of pesto and mix through. Then pre bake in the oven for 15mins. Place toppings and bake again for another 10

Recipe: soak 1/3c buckinis over night. Rinse the next morn and cook on stove top with approx same amount of water. Cook until thick. Add cinnamon & milk. Finish off with toppings
