British crush: entrances with colored doors 😍 Maybe I'm just easily impressed or it's simply the fugly doors I see around Germany, but there is just something magical about the British homes ... and their doors ... and their window shutters.
South of England impressions - illustration no. 1: the roads - charming, but so very narrow! Even a Mini car could barely fit on the lane. It's very stressful when a SUV or lorry passes on the other lane. You try to "squeeze in" the car, drive into the hedgerow, shout "How much further to the left!?!?" and you still have to hold your breath until the other car has passed. Also, lots of funny road signs like "Attention, elderly people crossing!" or, my favorite on the highway - "Attention, pedestrians crossing!" (this one really defeats the purpose of a motorway). 😄
Meet Navii the forest nymph and protector of the wild animals. It is said nymphs are can impersonate any kind of animal in spirit and
appearance. She looks pretty innocent...well she's not! In the end, we all carry a shred of evil within us. 😉 Original colored pencil drawing in A3 format available in my Etsy store: https://etsy.me/2O4Qx8g (or direct link in BIO)
I thought I'd share with you, in a YouTube video, the goodies I brought back from my South of England trip. This is my first time talking to myself 😅 in front of the camera. I was a bit nervous ... so nervous that I forgot to change my home clothes into something nicer and I do sound funny here and there, so please bear with me! 😊 Link in BIO or here --> https://youtu.be/D7rsfWP2UO8

I documented my trip through the South of England in a YouTube vlog 🎥 You can check the link in my BIO or find it here: youtu.be/ulYjQgpao7E . My boyfriend and I visited Brighton, East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent. We observed the old countryside living style, the art & history, drove through the charming but very narrow English roads (this part was slightly stressful 😅 ) and I shopped for art supplies. It was really beautiful and fun and the vlog will walk you through our entire journey! 😃
