Glutes Workout—
Check out the little trick to keep the smith bar from latching during kickups. 
For those kickups I showed how I set up, I kind of shift around a bit and get my knees directly underneath the bar. Keep your pelvis flush with the bench. Don’t extend too high or you’ll be putting your lower back into these. I did three sets of 15, right after the 15 reps I did another 10 pulse reps. 
For the hip thrusts, just my personal preference, I like to go light weight and higher reps for these. I did 3 sets of 20-25 reps. 
Last one, I did 4 sets of 15 reps.  I’m wearing my @iprfitness glute straps. When you use code “theresa” for a discount on their website, a portion of your sale is donated to a veteran’s charity. Happy Sunday and may you have as much difficulty with stairs after this workout as I did.

Glutes Workout— Some exercises to scorch your butt.  I did 3 sets in the 15 rep range of each of these. 
For the abduction cable work, keep your torso stationary.  I’m wearing my @iprfitness iso strap around my thigh, if you don’t have them you can substitute one of those velcro straps most gyms have.  If you want a pair, use discount code “theresa” on iprfitness.com and a percentage of your sale is donated to a veteran’s charity.  If you’ve been following me for a minute you know that I swear by their squat pad, kickback straps and iso straps.  For the kick ups on the smith machine, slow and fluid motion to increase the time those muscles are under tension and working.  Focus on pushing that bar up through your heel to isolate those glutes.  If you’re feeling extra ambitious, do another set of pumps (small range of motion) immediately after.
If you’re looking to work Legs and glutes together, my last post is the legs (quad focused) workout I did with these exercises.
