Using our homemade sourdough starter to attempt my first-ever baguettes. I shaped these after a cold rise in the fridge overnight, and now I'll let them prove until they're ready to face the oven.
I'm baking unsupervised since @the_szaf_is_back is busy being a doctoral student, so if anyone has any tips, please let me know!
