The day in Mumbai was very hectic. It was the first day of the year and I was already feeling sleepy. The traffic in the city was also very stressful. I already decided that I'd shoot the marine drive at the golden hour and view the sunset from there only. We were in Malad when we boarded a local train at around 4:30pm. We finally made it to marine drive, but the sun was already set! The sky after the sunset was magical. Different shades of red that were being reflected in the sea sparkled in our eyes and instantly, all our fatigue was vanished! . PS : This is what I shot there after the sunset!😊 #mumbai
Taj Mahal. When I reached there at the end of the Day 1 drive, I was mesmerized by the beauty of the monument. It was so beautiful and so huge! I mean, you could sense of love, in the air surrounding the monument. I am proud that India has one of the 7 wonders of the world! There is a very nice shayari that I'd like to quote : ज़िंदा है शाहजहाँ की चाहत अब तक, गवाह है मुमताज़ की उल्फत अब तक, जाके देखो ताज महल को ए दोस्तों, पत्थर से टपकती है मोहब्बत अब तक !! . Wah Taj!♥️ #tajmahal
Wow! 3 days of driving and we had completed the phase 1 of the journey! The sense of accomplishment that we felt motivated us to push further and complete the misson. 'Love and Peace is the best religion.' People were noticing our motto from our car and excitedly they were asking us more and more about the journey! When we reached Kolkata, I felt that I had reached back in the old times. It was like life has taken me 50 years back. The old, vintage yellow ambassador taxis, man pulling the rikshaw, trams and the city architecture adds a great feel to this place. I loved the vibe of Kolkata, and would love go there again and explore more!♥️ #kolkata . PC : @sahni0608
I've always been mesmerised by the beauty of sunsets. The sky changes its colour so dramatically that I could view the process without even blinking my eyes. That orangish red tinge fascinates me very much. It's like, nature performs a magic trick and changes everything! It seems like a painting rather than a reality! Watching sunset from the Marine drive was very special. It was 1st Jan, 2019, and I couldn't have celebrated the 1st day of the new year in a more better way than this. The scene was so beautiful that I felt time just stopped for a while and everything came to a standstill. I wish that I could live in that moment forever. ♥️💭 . PC : @sahni0608

The feeling I got when I reached this place, after driving for more than 5500kms across the country was priceless! This was the summit of our road trip. Even after 10 days of regular and intense driving, we were filled with so much of enthusiasm when we witnessed this site for the first time. The Great Indian Drive was coming to an end and we were so grateful that the drive was ending on such a great and wonderful note. I am proud that India has the world's tallest statue.!🇮🇳 . Thank you @sahni0608 for taking this amazing shot!😀🇮🇳
The Great Indian drive got featured in Royal Patiala, which is a very influencing social media platform on the day we started our journey! i.e. on 23rd December, 2018.
Wow! What an experience it was. It's like I have seen my country through my windshield. I cannot put it into words. One has to go and experience himself. Its a wonderful drive. It moved me internally and I am sure, somewhere or somehow, it's going to change my life. Cheers to success of The Great Indian Drive.🏆
I took this shot at Fatehsagar Lake, in Udaipur. One of the best sunset I've ever seen. Cheers to 1 year of Rajasthan Road Trip!🙂😎
