To make 5 nice cream sandwiches: 
In food processor combine 
3 frozen bananas and combine until crumbly . 
Then add
1 Tbs peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbs @beekeepers_naturals superfood honey

Blend until smooth. Freeze in mini loaf pan for an hour. Scoop onto @tatesbakeshop GF cookies and smush to make the perfect sandwich! Freeze assembled sandwiches for a tasty treat anytime!

My go-to Bliss Ball recipe:
1 cup rolled oats + 1/2 cup peanut butter + 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 Tbs raw honey + 1/4 cup walnuts + 1/4 cup almonds + 1 tsp maca powder + 1 Tbs chia seeds + a dash of cinnamon. I added the almonds and walnuts first and mixed until they were small chunks, added the rest of the ingredients, then made sure it was a good sticky consistency👌🏼👌🏼

I finally recreated this white chocolate + macadamia nut bliss ball recipe. To be honest, I like it even better the second time! The deets👇🏼 1 cup coconut pulp
1 cup macadamia nuts
2 @paschachocolate white chocolate bars 
1 scoop @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 Tbs peanut butter 
1 tsp @beekeepers_naturals superfood honey with cacao (add more if you like it sweeter)
1 tsp cinnamon dash of nutmeg 
Add all ingredients to food processor until is creates a thick dough. Roll in cacao nibs, coconut shreds, or cinnamon. •
