Leg day done and I’m a day closer to achieving my goals.
You can still be happy and want change. You can still be super grateful for what you have and still want to improve. We already have all we truly need but that doesn’t mean we can’t dream bigger.
Magic happens when you dream big, when you take daily steps to move yourself towards that dream BUT at the same time being truly thankful for all you have and all the lessons you’ve had to learn to get you to where you are now.
If you have big dreams don’t wait until life forces you to change, go out there and make them happen. .
It’s time to get meal planning.
I’m not a natural meal planner, I really don’t like being told what to do or following plans. It also reminds me of a time when I used to track calories to help me eat as little as possible in a day. I remember feeling bad if I’d finished my limited calories and was still too hungry and if I ate something extra I would feel so guilty.
Meal planning can be positive though. Right now I know I need to eat more and make sure I’m getting enough nutrients so I’m tracking to be absolutely certain I am giving my body all it needs. This is a huge mindset shift for me but that is how health and fitness should be. It should be about honouring ourselves and nourishing ourselves not about punishment and restriction.
Your body deserves the best so make sure you are listening to what it needs 🙏🏻
✨self care Sunday ✨
Self care can be whatever you need in the moment. It doesn’t have to be the same every day and it doesn’t have to be for long.
There are some days where no matter how much I know the benefit, I cant face yoga or meditation. There are some days where it doesn’t feel time to stop and completely rest. I always make sure though I do something that lights me up and makes me feel more like me.
Today it’s working on my business. YES it’s technically work but I love it and today I know that what serves me most is moving my life forward so I’m responding to messages and envisioning where I’m going - for me today this is the self care I need.
You know you best so whatever you need most today go do it 🙏🏻
I have never been more glad to be back on my superfoods. I’ve been eating so much nutritious food the last few months but I still felt like something was missing. I’ve tried various individual supplements and powders but nothing was working SO I’m back to the one thing I know will sort me out.
I know a balanced diet is ideal but sometimes you’ve got to take all the help you can get AND with a drop of peppermint oil in (after just 3 hours sleep I need an extra boost) it tastes AMAZING 🙌🏻
I was looking at my fave mug as I was making coffee this morning and realised that recently I’ve lost some of my belief in myself, I’ve stopped dreaming. .
I’ve been doing a lot of work on myself but as much as living in the now is amazing, I realised I need to start dreaming of my future and believing in my ability to make my dreams come true.
Luckily I’m surrounded with amazing people who go after their dreams every single day. They have so much belief in themselves and in others and they are ready to rise up and empower others to rise up with them.
There is so much power in finding your tribe of likeminded people and I am so blessed to have mine. I’m ready to set my goals, to tap in to my true power and go out there and live my dream life.

My first workout for 7 months!!!!!! I’ve definitely needed the break to focus 100% on yoga but it feels so good to be back. .
Over the years exercise has been a huge part of my routine so I always knew be away from it for long and ever just after one workout I can remember how much it lights me up.
So excited for the next 79 days 🙌🏻

there will always be people who judge us. Maybe it’s because they don’t feel strong enough themselves to go out and make life happen like you do, maybe they are so caught up in whatever box they feel they need to live their lives within. Change doesn’t come from playing small. Amazing things don’t happen from settling for something that you know is bringing you down.
The universe needs you to be you, the best you so live your dreams, follow your heart and be confident knowing you are doing amazing 🙏🏻
Peppermint bliss balls - ✨3/4 cup almonds
✨3/4 cup cashews ✨6 dates
✨4tbsp cocoa powder
✨4tbsp water ✨doterra peppermint oil (4-6 drops)
✨coconut - blend everything except the coconut, mould into balls and roll in coconut ✌🏻

Such a fab night seeing @bringmethehorizon @olobersykes. I have a very sleepy son today so it will be a day of rest and self care. I used to have moments of thinking if I was a yoga teacher I had to stop wearing black and change what I listened to but we are all here for a unique purpose so we all need to show up 100% as ourselves. Life is all about balance 🖤
Cleansing the house with sage 🙌🏻 being on a spiritual path doesn’t automatically make everything easy. Having a sense of gratitude in life doesn’t mean things won’t happen that we don’t like. Like when we start cleaning a house we spot dust rising, when we work on cleansing our lives, things will come up that need dealing with.
Sage is great for cleansing negative energy around us and yoga is great for cleansing negative energy within us ✨
