Smoking this bad boy tonight, revisiting over a year after my first. Coming along nicely imo, chocolate, espresso and shortbread into the first third. Tons of smoke, razor sharp burn and fantastic draw. Fall is setting in so @bm_walsh has a bunch of wood ready to keep his smoking shed going in the colder weather @hechoencamera #weekendcigarchallenge
This weeks #weekendcigarchallenge is old or gold. I wanted to post something that's gold for me, and that's these PLPC with a simple but beautiful gold band. Can you ever really have enough of these? I'm a bit of a petit corona fanboy, so these tick a lot of boxes. Shout out to @hechoencamera for the great weekend!

This one has been sitting in my singles tray for quite some time, and today's the day it turns to ash. Probably one of my oldest regionals I have, and was excited to get into it once I decided that was the one.
Had to use a V cut on this bad boy as there was actually a crack in the cap. I put some pectin on there to stick everything together, and with the V cut it performed perfectly.
First third: milk coffee in heaps. Nice and sweet caramel on the retrohale. Nutty and sweet finish, sticking around for quite a while. Very pleasant thus far.
Second third: getting more creamy, and coffee is still coming through big time. A little leather pops its head up every now and again, as well as some cedar. Draw is fantastic, burn is great, and retrohale is easy as pie as you would expect.
Final third: milk coffee is still the biggest player, and the sweetness is still in the background. Graham cracker has been coming out hard, and on a few separate puffs, I got a marshmallow flavor as well. Still packing a big flavorful punch being 11 years old, but not overpowering. As I get down closer to being done, sweetness ramps up almost like a honey. Honey roasted peanuts. Damn, now I'm craving those. Dont want to put it down, it's one of those smokes. Wish I had more of these but I'm glad I got to smoke one and stop staring at it in my humidor. Too often I like to see the obscure cigars lined up all pretty, but these are the ones that need to be smoked.
Total smoke time was about an hour and ten minutes, that's when the smoke started getting hotter than I'd prefer.
Technology and cigars for this weekend's #weekendcigarchallenge from my good friend @hechoencamera. Wineadors were a God send for me in this hobby. The temperature control gave me piece of mind when leaving for weeks at a time. Protect your #investments somehow 😂👊🏻👊🏻
