So excited to do many many more !!! & so thankful i found finally found something again since i had to quit skiing that feeds my soul & puts passion back into my life. 😌✨🧘♀️✌️

Balance & Moderation with my energy☀️🌿 🌊
These are two topics in life i have been really trying to work on with my energy.
Before i was sick it was really easy for me to be very unaware of my energy leaks but now after nearly 4 years of dealing with chronic lyme i think im learning to be okayish with saying to no things, knowing i have too take myself off at lunch to sleep to make it through a full day, sometimes not speaking to others even when it may seem rude to conserve energy etc.
To others around me it may seem like for a while i have very happily chosen to do these things but really i had not much choice but to trick myself into them to create a balance for my life & the lifestyle i need to live to have the most pain free but successful day& life i can.
I really advise (fighting an illness or not) to look where you are leaking your energy. Set goals & intentions to line where you spend your energy up with your divine purpose or working towards finding your divine purpose.
For some, where they spend their energy may line up with how our society flows however if you think yours doesn’t... (like mine!) experiment..! Trust your gut. Come back to the basics... what simple practices always bring you back to peace even when life is being messy & hurtful? Prioritize them. Prioritize how to consistently bring them into your life to recharge & reserve your energy.
Find balance between your life responsibilities & the responsibilities of keeping life within you & growing.

feeling so unmotivated recently... what do you guys do to get back on track ?
I try to do the things i love like yoga, doodling, dancing like a weirdo but i also sometimes get sucked into netflix binges too.. (which i guilt myself a lot for ah)
How do you regroup yourself to re find your motivation ?
certainly not me right now... trying to stay positive whilst spending the last 3 days basically sleeping & bed ridden.. :( wanna get back to this cheeky mood for sure. All about feeding the good wolf not the bad... ✨

One of the main reason i love @mahamyoga is we have infrared lights!!! This means you are detoxing in so many ways. I am currently using the infrared to try detox the lyme & other co-infections in my system. It’s hard to find infrared for not stupid prices so i find this a really amazing & special way because i get to distract myself with some fun hip hop music & yoga.
Tips to stay on top of a detox: WATER !!!! WATERR !!! WATERRRRRR!!!!
“i always feel so good after a yoga or mediation but then i go back to the real world and all my stresses come back how do i bring it into my everyday?” I get this sort of question all the time & it’s something i have & am working very hard for.
I had my plan to come to this spot but in no way did i think it was going to be this busy.. & honestly i nearly just walked back home but instead i CHOOSE to see it as a challenge.. to go into my own little zen bubble & whenever a distraction came up i very willing CHOOSE for it not to effect me, my plan & practice.
It’s a every moment choice to keep your calm, your zen, your peace & at first it’s not easy but like everything.. with time & consistent practice it becomes quiet easy & honestly fun.
Obviously some moments will be harder than others but it’s up to you to choose if you are going to be controlled or be the controller... Also, for you fighters out there beating a sickness every second or recovering from an injury, or even heartbreak...Really any sort of challenge.. it’s up to you to choose if you are the victim or not.. it’s seriously hard don’t get me wrong but i did my time not knowing how to not be the victim & now because i have the tools to not be, no matter how sick i feel it’s up to me to choose how to react & equally on me if i fall back into being a victim.
So just remember you always have a choice... just don’t forgot to use that power we have all be gifted.
Exciting big things on the horizon. So stoked about the moves i made yesterday for my future & cannot wait to share with you guys. 😌
Spend 10 minutes a day visualizing your goals & dreams. Manifest them yourself then work your lil booties off but don’t be to distracted to miss the little hints & remember to take take to love & appreciate yourself & your hard work.
