@realfooddaily had me SHOOOK with this Breakfast Sandwich that I had the other day🙌🏽 I wish this picture did it justice but it doesn’t lol (I will be getting better equipment in the future 📸) It’s a tofu patty, vegan Gouda, avocado, tempeh bacon, hash browns, spicy mayo, on a gluten free bun🤤😻 It was soooooo good!! Took myself out on a breakfast date that morning☺️☕️ had a hemp latte and later I went shopping (I’m not a big shopper lol). Sometimes you just gotta take yourself out on breakfast dates and spoil yourself❤️ Being able to have fun and be happy on your own is extremely important ✨ developing a good relationship with yourself will free you of much internal suffering🌻

Did you know?🤓 forbidden black rice is more nutrient dense and has waayy more fiber than any other kind of rice, except wild rice which is also on the upper end of the scale. It’s also better for the digestion system compared to white rice or brown- my body does not like white or brown rice. And the coconut aminos is a healthier version of soy sauce. It’s not as salty as regular soy sauce so it might take a bit to get used to if you really enjoy soy sauce. But tbh soy sauce has a ridiculous amount of sodium in it, even the “low-sodium” kind. Can’t build an ass if you don’t eat enough‼️Gaining weight was a scary thing once i was over trying to minimize myself and wanted to grow a booty. Then I realized it’s only “a scary thing” because the FCKN MEDIA TELLS US IT IS. Literally that’s the only reason why. If I want more mass on this ass, i gotttaaaa be okay with the scale going up. Im working on changing my perspective on gaining weight- catching negative thoughts as they happen & switching it around in that exact moment to rewire my brain. Shit is hard, not gunna lie. But it needs to get done. .
I’ve learned that, typically, the hard things that you don’t wanna do or are avoiding are the things that you NEED to do to level up. It’s all for the your betterment babes💕after all, your soul DID choose to have these experiences so you can grow as a human🌱✨😊

In the 1920s, #aluminum manufacturing was booming largely due to the thriving canning industry. BUT it was also a big producer of toxic waste which was extremely expensive to dispose of. The industry had been marketing/selling their #toxic waste (#sodiumfluoride ) as an insecticide and rat poison, but they wanted a much larger market to sell to instead of having to dispose of it (make$>>spend$). So a national water #fluoridation campaign began. .
Sigmund Freud’s nephew Edward Bernays became the public relations strategist for the campaign and used Freud’s theories of advertising and government “half-truths” to persuade the population that fluoride is necessary for good health. .
The techniques were simple. Pretend there is some favorable research by using specific phrases like “Research has proven…” but then never really cite anything. Say it long enough and loud enough, and eventually people will believe it. If anyone doubts or questions the lies, attack their character and/or their intellect.
“But what about the studies???” You may be asking me...... Well in the 1940s, scientists supposedlyyy found that people had better overall #dentalhealth if they lived in areas where higher levels of fluorine occurred naturally. But since that time, serious concerns have developed about those “studies”- that much of the data was made up by scientists who had ties to companies that wanted to make money off of #fluoride . This alteration of data is nothing new, especially when it comes to health. Several companies exist who are designed to benefit from the poor health of the public #SickCare 🙊
There are, however, REAL #studies that have proven that fluoride is a #neurotoxin , causes birth defects/osteoporosis/Alzheimer’s, damages the immune/digestive/respiratory systems and sooo much more. ❤️ fck what people say is “right” and find what is right for YOU
❤️ focus on abundance, not lack of
❤️do things that you love, not things you think you should be doing because of xyz reasons ❤️focus less on the physical, familiarize yourself with the metaphysical side
❤️ be easy- on yourself and on others
Been doing lots of internal work. Lots of learning, processing, reprogramming, growing. Feels like I’m preparing for something really big but I don’t know what it is. All I know is that I have full faith in the universe and God✨ tbh I haven’t really felt inspired to post during the last 3 weeks and I didn’t want to force anything because I always want to be genuine with you all.... But I know I’m not the only one going through this ~phase~ It’s truly amazing to me to see how many of you have also felt similarly in the last few weeks- just reminds me that we all are undoubtedly connected #LightWorker#RaiseYourVibration
