My favorite #latte at the moment ☕️ Just #espresso with raw #honey 🍯 and #cardamom. And I use an unsweetened #almondmilk 🥛 So #delicious! Cardamom has been shown to reduce the acidity of #coffee. And honey has been shown to have many health benefits and makes a great alternative to refined sugars and high fructose corn syrup. #foodie #goodmorning #honeylatte #healthyalternatives
