A brief reminder that not every workout is gonna go the way you want it to. My intentions were to continue my 10 set routine, but my lower body wasn't feeling that between knee and hip issues. So I dropped down, finished my sets, and finished my workout.
I spent quite a few years in the gym pushing through things I probably shouldn't have and I likely would be much stronger now had I learned to back off when my body queued me to. It's a lesson in progress.
