Functional Strength Class - Launching Wednesday 5th September!

I am launching a new class to Gym Tonic. The first class will take place on Wednesdays at 9.15am. It will perfectly compliment the HIIT classes that are currently running.
I encourage both ladies and blokes to give this class a go!
This class begins in Spring, launching 5th of September.
Below is a short description of what the class is about.

Functional Strength Class:
Strength meets Functional Training class that will have you walking out feeling fitter & stronger.
You will build quality lean muscle that will not only eat away at your unwanted fat.
Over time have greater mobility and stability to be able to carry on with your day-to-day activities.
Functional Training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.
You’ll find these movements a breeze after having practiced and built up that strength and range of motion. You’ll feel more confident to carry on with day-to-day activities.
This session runs for 45 minutes and will leave your endorphins bouncing around for hours plus by activating muscle mass you’ll burn extra calories while you sleep!
It’s scientifically proven that resistance-based training can actually burn more calories than cardio, so all the more reason to include it into your program.
