In one month, I would have called @thepoleroom my second home for 3 years!
I work alongside the most phenomenal humans and in all the learnings I’ve taken on, this place (and community) continues to nurture and support my growth while I take on opportunities for more #selfcare 💟💟💟
Picked up some @macr0mike at the @ausfitnessshow so I could finally get around to trying their vegan protein and Strawberry Cheezecake is my favourite! They had run out of PB+ jars on the Sunday so bit sad face but will hopefully get around to getting some eventually 🤞🏼

The waist didn’t ride down and the hem of the legs didn’t budge! I need all prints in this style for Summer! ☀️
I really enjoyed #melbmara today and I’m so excited about my time, as this was the first event I incorporated jogging intervals (thanks to @rachiiee87) to get this 5km done and it chopped away at my time!
It would’ve been at least 10 mins less if
1) bottleneck points could be avoided in the routes (corner of Fed Square and connecting bridge)
2) if participants were discouraged from stopping before the finish line to take photos/selfies and creating congestion
3) 5k and 3k having separate finish lines as with families walking in groups, it made it impossible to run through the finish line
But otherwise, a super successful event! 🏅
