Brightening up this snowy Sunday with one of my favorite things to meal prep - loaded veggie frittata 🍳🥑 I just add any veggies we have and it lasts us most of the week! *

This weeks: sautéed onions, mushrooms, spinach, orange pepper & butternut squash in @chosenfoods avocado oil. Add 5-8 @vitalfarms eggs, tomatoes and feta cheese. Cook in cast iron on medium-low for 5-8 minutes, or until bottom is cooked and eggs start to set. Bake in oven @ 400 degrees for ~8-10 minutes 💃🏻

Can you believe Thanksgiving is in ONE WEEK!? ✨ I’m all about easy, flavorful side dishes & you definitely can’t go wrong with this sweet and savory combo 💯 I used @cecesveggieco spiralized butternut squash noodles for a fun twist & a lot less chopping 🕺🏻🙌🏼

🍁 Maple cinnamon butternut squash with brussels sprouts, pecans & dried cranberries:
1️⃣ Cut brussels sprouts and toss in avocado oil, salt, pepper and bake @ 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes
2️⃣ Mix @cecesveggieco noodles with 2 tbsp maple syrup + 1/2 tsp cinnamon - then bake in oven with brussels for the last 20 minutes
3️⃣ Combine brussels, butternut squash, 1 cup pecans & 1/2 cup cranberries & enjoy ♥️ #SimpleButTwisted #spiralized #partner

Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter PerfectBar remake 🤤🍫 YOU GUYS, these are soo insanely similar to the original🔥possibly even better 😬🤫 *

Makes 10 bars: 😍
-1 cup peanut butter (used @traderjoes 1-ingredient PB)
-1/4 cup honey
-2 scoops @nuzest_usa “just natural” protein powder (love this one because it’s just one ingredient - pea protein)
-1 tsp coconut milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp sea salt -Optional: 1.5 tsp @moodbeli mushroom adaptogen (cacao & 🍄) - about 1/2 cup chocolate chips 
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients (besides choc chips) together. Line a 8x8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom
2️⃣ Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and press down with a spatula 
3️⃣ Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs, cut & enjoy ♥️
