It’s quite amazing that I’ve managed to miss almost all the fall colors while road tripping for 9 weeks through Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona!
Camping in this place was like nothing we’ve experienced before. Like living on a bed of coal. Not unpleasant but very different and exotic. Perhaps this is how it is like to camp on the moon except that your feet are still firmly and comfortably planted on the the surface of the planet and you don’t bounce around like a rubber ball. #Craters of the Moon #National Monument, Idaho.
