Sure I topped off that funnel cake yesterday with a Blizzard...but that has NOTHING to do with my workout today.
Seriously! I don't workout to punish myself or make up for eating something "bad" because I believe in balance.
I worked out because I HAVE THE TOOLS to get back on track any time I need and a HUGE catalog of workouts to choose from.
Fabulous Day at the Fair!
Visiting animals, climbing big equipment, spending time with grandma and grandpa, eating fried food (but seriously those bacon mac bombs WERE the 💣), paying an exorbitant sum of money for a couple of rides🤷♀️ (that's the fair right). All made a little easier knowing that I made enough money to cover it yesterday by helping ANOTHER friend get back on her health and fitness journey (post baby) where she TOO can inspire others.
This helicopter is taking off! You want on?
How to accidentally run 5 miles: ↗️head away from home
↩find trail that "should" get you home
⤴️finally spot your development
↖️run home exhausted
I totally get to eat a funnel cake guilt free at the fair today for those 2 more miles than intended...right?!
I've posted the lift (upping our weights throughout), shared some of the hiit (quick cardio bursts), but rarely talked about the core component (quite literally brings you to the floor) involved daily.
Today our trainer decided we didn't push hard enough so we got a bonus round, fancy name for time to empty the tank.
Learning directly from the trainer in my test group has been a vital part of this program for me. And I learned today that in October a test group for EVERYONE is kicking off! Stop watching and join us.
If you've been wondering how you can get the sort of access I do as a coach this is your opportunity to jump on board.
Better yet, in case you're still hesitant, I'm hosting a pre-release party next week sharing all about the program, how to incorporate a nutrition plan, and what benefits choosing this program brings.
Want in yet? Comment below with whether fitness or nutrition is your biggest struggle so we can add you 😉
This month has allowed me to take 1 step forward with my coaching business but as I look ahead, I'm ready to leap!
I'm looking for ladies who are:
➡️ready for an amazing change
➡️seeking increased energy
➡️willing to encourage others
If any of these sound like something you could use, hit me up in the comments and share a positive affirmation with me!
Yeah, I didn't use a PRE either at first.
Then I tried to take my fitness to the next level, had a teething toddler, was up fighting off another kiddos bad dreams, started work at 6am, tried to have a social life, intended to cook a meal or two each week, and generally tried to survive it all by giving myself the additional energy working out helped me with (30 extra minutes of sleep wasn't doing it🤷♀️). And now I CONTINUE for the results.
I asked others in my Insta stories the other day(why you not there yet😉 - @fairley_fit) if they use one and got some good convos going about the key benefits of mine. Would you be interested in hearing more about it, too?
Talk to me about kids glasses..... experience, brands, favorites, pluses, minuses, what you look for.... I know NOTHING about eye issues but this sweet thing is jumping into the world of glasses today 🤷♀️
I'm well aware that the green stuff isn't actually ooey, gooey, buttered noodles, too. I'll never tell you zoodles are JUST like pasta because I'm fully aware they are two different foods.
Two different foods that feed my body two different ways. I'm all for smart substitutions though! So I had a small side of my favorite pasta and bulked up my meal with a full zucchini.
It's not the big changes. It's not giving up your favorite foods. It's not pretending a veggie is pasta. It's allowing yourself some give and take and appreciating the changes to your nutrition outlook!
About that cake.... Nah, I wasn't worried about indulging in a slice of the birthday girl's cake (I mean I'd fasted for 16 hours - biometric screening) because I knew this afternoon I'd be right back on track.
I'm not gonna lie and say this was better than the cake because, DUH CAKE (be still my sweets living heart), but this PB twist is pretty much a new fav for the nap time hustle.
You feel me, girl?
9 weeks of a whole new STYLE to my workouts. 1 week prep - 8 week program. 🚫No long workouts.
🚫No STRICT nutrition plan.
🚫No picking between lifting or cardio.
It's amazing how freeing this style of fitness can make you feel to actually take CONTROL.
Next week I'm sharing all about it a private group. So feel free to snoop, ask questions, or be a fly on the wall.
LOVE the concept of this month's challenge group 🙂. Pick an outfit and work heard on your health and fitness to better for in it after a few weeks. It's totally possible if you're willing to work for it!
Heading into week 2 (for my Accoubtability Group and my workout program) and we're pushing for results! The ladies and I are setting weekly goals that will get us real results. Does this sound like something you could do, too?
