Do you know how much HARDER my mornings are when I don't plan ahead. 😣 I'm talking workout, kids activities, and actionable work items.

Maybe I make pushing play every morning easy, it's NOT.  But I have people to show up for ➡️ myself, my family, my accountability group ladies, you.

What am I teaching anyone if hard stopped me?! You got it, NOTHING! So I plan it all out so it's smooth(er) ⛵sailing and then I manage the road bumps.

Choosing a workout program 💪🏻 and nutrition plan well in advance (already planned for me)...shoes, socks, clothes, and even headband laid out... water full.

If you aren't willing to plan ahead you won't be willing to work for it.  It's not a quick fix, you'll be here a while, but you've got me with ya 😉 if you're willing to try.

You know this guy.  The man, the legend,  Shaun T.  Creator of the cardio sensation Insanity.  The first program I thought, at 2 months postpartum, would be appropriate for starting to work out again after 2 babies and 2 years off 😂. When I'm tired or stressed about the day's events.  When one kid literally pulls out the other's hair in a fit of rage over blocks.  When nap time is boycotted even though wake up was WAAAY too early.

Today I instead took a deep breath and threw out some confetti to have a pity party then move on and enjoy a HEALTHY snack.  Just being grateful I AM here for these moments, good and bad.

I went full mobile office this morning!

Between drop off and pick up I not only hit up 2 grocery stores, 2 craft stores, 1 kids clothing store, and the mall Starbucks....but I also checked into my accountability group, messaged with a challenger, got someone new enrolled to my free group, and set up some sale information.

Then witnessed a lady perform the most horrendous parking lot maneuver trying to get out of a spot during and literally THROUGH the school pick up line. I actually got out to stop her and then moved my car so we didn't have to deal with her scraping my bumper.

So yeah, coaching is totally flexible!  Mom life, adulting, and coach work all rolled into one ☝️.
