My leg day started with an idea and my enthusiasm for leg training like I used to when I first started weight training. This sparked an interest in fellow @seb_fitness_coaching coach Rob to "get legs like josh🤣" so I encouraged him to join me on my new leg day program.
3 weeks running and our crew has expanded to 3 people! If you are in Lane Cove on Mondays around 1:30pm feel free to join us and "train with the trainer's!!"
I had a great time with @livvcrawford today checking out the beaches of the east today. .
Stopping off at @milkylaneofficial to stuff our faces was definitely worth the 16 hour fasting haha!!

Yesterday I had to privilege of taking a member through my leg workout and he stayed with me the ENTIRE way!

Just trained Legs with fellow trainer Rob💪🏽 When training any body type it's important to find a way to train that you enjoy and that you are excited to come in and smash!💯 Taking my leg training style back to my roots is the only way I like to train legs.
I'll post this workout on my story for all of you to give a try✌🏽 needles to say walking will be a struggle for the next few days! Recovery nutrition will have to be on point⚠️

WHAT A DAY SATURDAY💪🏽
Had a great start to the weekend with a few of my amazing clients taking the time out of their weekend to come and see me to update diets, programs and smash out a session to Kickstart the weekend off on the right foot💯
Pumped a HUGE arm workout from my new MASS program and I'm really feeling the pump on this one! Now time to refuel and hit the beach for some needed R&R✌🏽
GOALS FOR THE WEEKEND ----------------------------------------------------
✅ Gym everyday ✅Get as MUCH sun as possible ✅ Walk as much as possible
✅Jump on the bike and check out the city I live in
✅eat nutritious food that compliments my fitness goals

TIME TO RESET AND RE-EVALUATE⚠️ When you have some time off your usual schedule Weather that's work, gym, diet, sleep or even hobbies. It's a great time to re-evaluate and head back into things with a greater perspective than before hand.
Using my 2 week trip to Bali as not only a holiday and a time to unwind but a time to a assess where I'm at and what I can do to improve on things in my life.
This left me coming back into the swing of things A LOT hungrier than I left. I now know my weaknesses and I'm going to turn them into strengths and climb up to my ultimate goal of competing💪🏽 Watch this space because I'm going to build my physique up from here! LETS FKN DO THIS💯⚠️
So how much water should I really drink?
Today, the experts recommend letting thirst guide your water consumption habits but set an even higher volume of total daily water intake: 3.7 liters (15 cups) for the average adult male and 2.7 liters (11 cups) for the average adult female. If these numbers seem daunting, don’t worry — these amounts also include water from the food you consume. Also keep in mind that water needs vary tremendously by individual, and are dependent on numerous factors such as activity level, geographic location, and temperature. In fact, most people will be adequately hydrated at levels well below these recommended volumes. But, are there health benefits to drinking this much water? Not according to the latest research. However, adequate water intake is still necessary for maintenance of bodily functions.
So how do you know whether your body is properly hydrated? Rather than religiously documenting every litre of fluid intake, the IOM advises drinking liquids with your meals and to make sure you heed your body’s request for water by drinking when you feel thirsty. This, under most circumstances, will provide you with your daily water needs. Most people without specific health concerns will be able to maintain good hydration by following this advice. Now, whether your drink of choice is a healthy one is a whole other discussion.
