When we get into our cars, we intend to drive to a final destination. Yet even exercise-minded people often forget to hit the gym with a goal.

Without goals, we travel toward an unknown future. Training blindly leads to procrastination and a lack of motivation. Goal-lacking bums will push today's training routine to tomorrow because they don't value today.

Examples are, - egg whites - chicken breast - protein shakes

2 of those are in my morning smoothie because I find it hard to eat solid foods first thing in the morning, nor do I have time to sit down and eat a full meal at 4am.

Tomorrow is game day for @vixie_girl half marathon up at the Gold coast.

After a ridiculous amount of adversity, Vicki is about to run her first half marathon.
Vicki has trained through 2 injuries (under the supervision of 2 health professionals, myself included).
If Vicki didnt have the mental strength of a thousand people I wouldn't think she would continue, she would have thrown in the towel and moved on, but no, Vicki sought out any and every possible way she could continue climbing towards her goal.

GOOD LUCK TOMORROW VICKI! I'm so bloody proud of you and I can't wait to get you back so we can start to get you shredded again!
