------------------------------------ @cameron.durrant has been training with me for just less than 3.5 months and has lost OVER 20Kgs! ------------------------------------- ----------- Most of you don't know but Cam and I go way back to highschool where we were roped together as mates by our girlfriends at the time.
Not only has cam kicked off his fitness journey by himself by losing 20kgs but wanted to learn more about nutrition and further tailored exercise.
He contacted me in April and we got things underway. That's not to say that it was smooth sailing the whole time as we did come across a few hurdles along the way like a few minor injuries, days off diets and days off gym but we always kept the fundamental roots that ultimately lead us to losing a huge amount of fat. ------------------------------------ CONGRATULATIONS CAM! As it was @livvcrawford birthday on the weekend I was thrown off my diet and part took on all of the festivities like cake, drinks, snacks and all of the yummy things that go with a birthday.

Being the first week of my cut I took a huge hit with the addition of calories I consumed over the course of the weekend. ---------------------------------
Knowing this I still stayed true to what I knew and opted out for "healthier" options where I could.

But nonetheless I'm back on things now and I'll just have to step things up a bit to catch up to where I should be at this point in my cut... Which isn't too bad I just have to increase my cardio from 3 times a week to 7🙄haha but even if you have a weak moment and fall off track I'm happy to know that I have someone like @livvcrawford & @the_gradybunch  to call me on my bullshit and put me right back on track! 
I can't stress the importance off accountability when it comes to something that you aren't an expert in.

Here it is! RAW & UNCUT!

My 4 month bulk has now come to an end😖💯 After 4 months of trial and error foods, sometimes enjoying myself too much and gaining a whole lotta muscle(and fat yes😔) I feel like this is the first time since starting the gym that I have seen something this hard through. 
I have never gained as much fat as I have now since after high school and it really took a toll on my self confidence and the way I see myself, but I now know the benefits of putting your mind to something and seeing it through no matter how hard it seems.

A bulk to some might be a walk in the park but I pride myself in my both functional and aesthetic qualities.

Now time for an 8 week mini cut and then back to the bulk this time no rush and I'm going to monitor fat gain very closely🧐
