I've been eating yogurt, berries and muesli for breakfast almost every morning since Luca has been home with us 🥄 except for this morning; we went to brunch and I had an egg sandwich 😏 I'm hungry all the time from breastfeeding, so a yogurt bowl like this is good because it fills me up 🙏🏼 I use 2% greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of superfood muesli which adds up to about 30 grams of protein 👌🏻and real life; I just mix everything together; there's no time for left side fruit layering 😉 xo Maria

I really need to be more consistent with my posts😔! I can't believe it's already been 2 weeks since I got back🙌...I guess time flys when you are having a good time💖! For me "having a good time" is essentially establishing a routine📅 and settling  into it🙇. After about a year I picked up reading📑 ya fiction🌈🐲 again...and I can't believe I had been missing out on the joys of escaping into the alternate universe💞 of words for so long😢! So, I just finished Warcross by @marieluthewriter and boy am I having post-great book withdrawals🙅! It feels great to be reading myself to sleep again at night🌛. Also I got a new blender and crock pot...so you guys can expect some pretty cool posts coming soon⭐!

Tiene moras Goji, nibs de cacao, nueces de Castilla y moras! 😋 solo agrega leche o agua y lo cocinas un par de minutos o lo dejas en un contenedor toda la noche y listo. Sabe tan bueno!!!! 😁.
