You can 100% travel and a still stay on track. Two main things I stress to my clients; 
1.Dont over think it.
2.Dont stress about it.

It’s simply about making the right food choices. Not over indulging when it comes to your alcohol consumption. And getting your 2 liters of water in. 
When I’m away, I like to switch off and soak up the culture. Trying new foods & drinks is a must. But I will also walk every inch of that city which means I am still keeping active and getting my 10k steps in.

Food is food. Never feel guilty for a decision you made. It’s all about balance! .

When it come to fat loss - at the end of the day, it's calories in vs calories out. Once you’re in a deficit, you'll lose body fat.

I still always opt for good wholesome foods. 
Every time you eat processed foods, you're giving your body another job to do - It spends energy having to break it down & figure out what to do with it.. The word “processed” often causes some confusion. Obviously, most foods we eat are processed in some way. Apples are cut from trees, ground beef has been ground in a machine and butter is cream that has been separated from the milk and churned.
But there is a difference between mechanical processing and chemical processing.
If it’s a single ingredient food with no added chemicals, then it doesn’t matter if it’s been ground or put into a jar. It’s still real food. Foods that have been chemically processed and made solely from refined ingredients and artificial substances, are what is generally known as “processed food.”
Processed foods are generally sugar. 
Eating process foods gives you less energy.

So I woke up this morning. Weighing a pound and a half heavier and bloated.

Current situation - excuse the phrase. But I have been bursting my b**ls the last week or so. Calories are on point. In a deficit, staying away from the foods have an effect on my tummy, 2 liters of water daily, cardio & my 10k steps. 
I have been the definition of health this week. 
Before I knew my body “ WTF??? I’ve being so good, getting all my cardio in, meals are on point? Maybe as well not bother, even when I am healthy, I’m still up. I’m so disheartened. What am I doing wrong???” Now - knowing my body now “ so yesterday I had menstrual like cramps, but already had my period, and now I’m bloated. Stood on the scales weight is up, yep I’m ovulating, god dam water retention”.Checked app - confirmed.

There is so much to be said for knowing your body. So much. I now know, that in a few days that will be off again, along with hopefully another pound as I will continue to stay on track. 
Unfortunately our weight will always fluctuate due to hormones, fluid and water retention. It’s the joys of being a women 🎉

Knowing your body will help you deal with this, especially when you are working so hard to get to your goals.

Travel Travel Travel ... Travel is transformational. It changes who you are to your very core. 
I have been so fortunate the past 18 months to have travelled to some of Europe’s most beautiful cities, such as Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Riga, Eindhoven, Madrid, Toledo, Edinburgh.. and I’m not finished yet. 
When I travel, it’s opens up my eyes. I am certainly not the person I was 18 months ago.

My perspective has changed.
My Ethos.
What I value now in life and my reasons. 
When you travel, you become more social. 
You gain confidence. After accomplishing so much, you’re going to feel a lot more confident in your ability to achieve anything.
You gain patience. When you have to deal with delayed flights, missed buses or metros. You’ve learned how to adapt your plans to ever-changing situations.
You get more adventurous, trying new foods and adventures. 
You learn how to read people. When you don’t know the language, non-verbal communication becomes even more essential to reading people and situations.

Food is one of my greatest motivations to travel. Experiencing new foods & their cultures. 
Fortunately, travel is all about leaving your comfort zone, often on an hourly basis!
Personally, it’s the best feeling ever. “I am not the same having seen the sun set on the other side of the world.” Once you travel and experience other cultures, your perception of the world changes. It teaches you about the commonality people around the world share. You’ll learn that we are not so different after all.

How I save to travel ✈️
When it comes to being a girl, I’m very plain. 
I dont buy make up.
I rarely get my hair done.
I rarely wear fake tan.
I don’t shop like I use to.
I don’t care for labels or designer. 
I rarely go on nights out.
I don’t smoke. 
I use to do all of the above and never realised how much I actually use to spend. 
Now, I simply use that money for traveling. 
I book cheap flights & use Airbnb.

If you book flights in advance you can get them for as cheap as €46 - like I did for Madrid. I know people who spend that weekly and more on cigarettes. 
How much would you spend on a standard night out? €80-€100? Including your food after & taxi home? 
How much do we spend on silly stuff weekly?? I’ve often went into pennys for 1 thing and came out with a bag of stuff I didn’t need. 
How much do we spend a week on coffee?? I use to spend anything between €14 - €20. That’s €56 a month. I’ve now reduced my coffee intake and save that money instead. 
It’s €51 to go to Amsterdam mid November. 
It all adds up. Trust me. Get yourself a revolut card, and each time you go to spend money on something you don’t need, pop that money over onto the card. 
You’ll then realize just how much you can save.
Personally, this is what I’d rather spend my money on. I just want to see as much of the world as possible.
