Ohhhh it’s been a day of hipcups🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
It started when I didn’t meditate or do my rituals as I was at my friends house ( just an excuse ) so then I missed my intuition to check the tyre after going through a big pot hole ... so then this happened.
The benefit is that I can proudly say I can at age 34 change a car tyre all by myself.... well almost. I had the help of a book... and @becandbug ( aka husband ) walking me through it...... ❤️❤️❤️. I guess those boot camps that I struggle to go to every. Single . Time are paying off.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻The road side assist cane just as is finished and told me he couldn’t get the bolts on any tighter! So freaking proud of my life task right now! ❤️❤️❤️
I am no longer cold ☃️ today @loren_robinson ! My abs will be sore for days .....😲😲😲 ✨Exercise for me is a 90% head game... ✨for me it’s getting to the class that is the bit I struggle with.... if I let myself I’ll come with all type of excuses. Can you relate? ✨It’s showing up that’s the hardest part and I think this applies to so many areas of our lives. Just showing up is the first step! One day at a time. ✨i also use the @melrobbinslive #5secondrule to deal with the gremlins that have a party in my head.

This is what known as taking my own normal cup to the coffee shop for a takeaway❤️! Who said you needed a keep cup! 🤔Takeaway coffee cups take 50 yes to break down and the bps from the plastic is hormone disrupting!!! 🤔
Starting my day off with some me time ✅meditation, ✅gratitude, ✅setting intentions. Even if it’s only for 5-10 mins it sets me up for an amazing day... oh and I stuck a few cheeky squats in there too ❤️😜✅✅✅
It’s on again! are having digestion issues, feeling stressed 😫 , have skin issues, want to lose weight or just struggling to get out of bed in the morning? then it is prob as a result of how your nourishing your body and mind! Starting each day with gratitude 🙏 and feeling it with your ❤️ actually increases serotonin in your body ( the feel good neurotransmitter) most of which is made in your gut! So gratitude 🙏 helps your gut! Interesting right! ❤️❤️❤️ it sounds cheesy and cliche but it really does work and setting yourself up with this practice in the morning makes for a completely different day! 🌈🦋🎈💪🏻🥗 so what are you grateful for? Don’t just say it but FEEL it xx 😘
This morning I slept 🛏 in ! I had big plans. But I rolled over and slept for another hr.... so as a result I didn’t have a whole lot of time to do my morning rituals🙏💪🏻. So when I finally woke up I sat up in bed & Meditated🤫 for 10 mins . Then wrote ✍️down what I’m grateful for. Then dusted off my mat ( it’s been in retirement for the last 6 mths) and did 10 mins worth of yoga. Now I feel a whole lot better. It took 22 mins. I could have done it in 10 if I needed to.
My point. Just because you sabotage yourself doesn’t mean you sabotage yourself the whole way. Course correct💪🏻❤️. Make adjustments. No judgments .If you’re feeling crappy know what those things are the morning that are going to make you feel better! ❤️
