Remember to enjoy the process. As with health or anything in life there is never an endpoint. It keeps evolving and growing and we must remember to enjoy the journey rather than only allowing ourselves to be ‘ happy’ once we get to the destination as the destination actually doesn’t f$&king exist.

One of my fav real food snacks. Green apple, nut butter and cinnamon. Here is also a little fun fact. Unless your nuts spices are organic ( or grown in Australia)they are radiated as they enter the country . So all the amazing healing constitutes are Altered. Ask more questions about where your food is coming from.
The best explanation of meditation I have of yet is : creating white space so you can hear your inner-guidance system. It’s turning the volume of your brain down because our intuition for most of us is hard to hear. It’s a bit like going to a party and the quite successful entrepreneur is sitting in the corner in the party but you can’t hear what they are saying because the teenagers have turned the music up! There is no way to cheat it. Now way to fast track it. You just have to practice it.

Brrrr it’s cold outside ❄️☃️🌧stewed apples 🍏are really awesome for breakfast and nourishing for the gut. No added sugar needed. Just green apples🍏, raisins and cinnamon.
