My raw cacao and raspberry cheesecake is dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar free 😍 Most ingredients were found from Huckleberry’s new refill hub! I was able to take my own jars, fill them up at the bulk bins and save on waste at the same time!! nothing like some procrastination meal prep 🀩 these corn & zucchini fritters with cashew β€˜cheese’, kumara chips & salmon are so good!! you only need 2 large grated zucchini, 1 & 1/4 cup chickpea flour, 400g corn, green onions, 1 tsp - oregano, thyme & cumin and then let the mixture sit for 5 mins before cooking MAKES 12 πŸ€— for the cashew cheese whiz up cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder & lemon πŸ‹
