πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺMy mission for the last 4 weeks has been to test my body and NOT to lose piles of weight. I know what it can do on a MAJOR surplus ( 3000 cals) so I needed to see what's been going on in thereπŸ€”πŸ€”...also how it would respond to being in a deficit ( 1900 is the lowest I feel I need to go ) cleaning it all up and cutting back on πŸ₯‚πŸΉπŸΈπŸ₯‚
πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺThe main objective was to see how low I need to go to drop some body fat but not lose too much size or shape and to keep my training intensity high πŸ€”πŸ€”
πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺI also had the goal of building my right side back up a bit ( pic 3) as it was weakened and flagging due to injury.
I have no clue what I weigh this morning..(last week I was only 1.2kg down )

I've realised this week.. that in order for me to stay motivated I need to feel hunger... not only in my belly πŸ™ˆ but in my head, and fired up in my heart and my soul πŸ€”πŸ€” Hunger makes me more determined to succeed !! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
Setting yourself a goal, sticking to the plan ( getting hungrierπŸ˜‚) and seeing those changes keeps that fire burning πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
And no matter what anyone says I won't back down or give up!!πŸ–•πŸ‘ŠπŸ˜‹
