I also have an ongoing back/ glute injury since last Oct which prevents me from doing any heavy leg training which doesn't help🙈🙈
But in the last 5 weeks with a totally new training plan, badly needed motivation and MAJOR push from my main man @damienlong1975 Personal Trainer (and LOTS & lots of good food & g&t's 😂) I'm finally seeing some changes and growth without compromising my back 🍑💪

Morning shapes 💪still pushing calories up..am up to 2600 on training days and 2100 on rest days. I know my body can take more as I've been doing extra cardio with classes and weight sessions are 3-4 a week.
Trying to stay consistent with it all can be hard I know with life getting in the way....but I'll NEVER give up!! But DON'T EVER LOSE SIGHT OF YOUR GOALS! 💪💪💪
