Not to get all preachy on you but I have learned the hard way! And have learned to actually, really listen to my body!! πŸ™„πŸ™„
πŸ’ͺI know you have to push outside your comfort zone now & then especially to get results...and I'm all for that! πŸ’ͺBUT don't forget to give something back!! πŸ’ͺAdequate recovery nutrition, rest and sleep are a good way to say thank you to your amazing body for all that it does for you!!😁😁😁 xx

πŸ€—I may not be able to deadlift or back squat ....BUT the neurosurgeon has cleared me for other stuff!! ( light leg stuff) WOO HOOOOOπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ
πŸ€—I'm so happy, relieved and grateful for my prognosis. And also proud of myself for getting myself  to where I am today.
πŸ€—So Prof Micheal O'Sullivan ( my new hero and bestie 😁) has reminded me that I'm not Paul O'Connell and not to be lifting nearly double my body weight!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚but also complimented me on my healthy spinal fluid?!!?? and mobility πŸ˜‹and how I've looked after myself and helped myself to get betterπŸ˜‹πŸ’ͺ
πŸ€— So onwards and upwards!! VERY, VERY SLOWLY!! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ #grateful#positivevibes#alwayslookonthebrightside#rehabpaysoff#patienceiskey#mindyourback#stretch#yoga#pilates#core
