The reason most people i know in the gym stop achieving is they stop taking action and start making excuses.

You either look for reasons to achieve and find new ways to develop your body and mind or you look for excuses and stay on pause. 
Nothing's going to get handed to you easy but you can go take what ever you want if you're willing to have tunnel vision work ethic for it.

If you wake up and start your day thinking you're going to be tired, get stuck in traffic and hate work I guarantee that will happen.

If you wake up and think today's going to be great and plan to be positive to every person you see & get great reactions back and smash your goals I guarantee that will happen too!...

If your struggling to get a decent pump make sure you're drinking enough water atleast 3L a day, having a good pre workout meal with some carbs and mixing in a solid pre workout powder with pump ingredients such as citrulline malate or agmatine sulfate. -

5 years ago i made the choice to get my ass into gear and hit the gym because i was unhappy with how i looked at a tiny 77kg at 6'2", since then i have never looked back.

You need to realize that you have an opportunity every day of the week every week of the year to change your course, your mindset, your body or your career. Time is your absolute most valuable asset so why are you wasting it?

Life is to short to not like the way you look or go to a job you dont enjoy every day. Remember money is a means of creating wealth (a wealth of experiences and memories) not the wealth itself.

I want everyone to achieve all they can for themselves in life, if i can change just one thing in someones life that impacts their health or feeling of well being then my job is done.
