Push-ups on two stability balls is a good idea. I would definitely recommend trying it .Shoulder taps on two stability balls... not so much 😅

Here are 3 single leg exercises to try using a kettle bell.

Single leg exercises are important because they can help improve balance, and core stability. They also help you discover where you have muscle imbalances and movement issues in your kinetic chain.

1. Reverse lunges 
2. Single leg RDL’s
3. Single leg glute bridges 
Try doing 4 sets of 8 of each exercise 😁👍🏾

This is designed to work your core in two planes of motion at once.

1. The band makes you engage your obliques in order to keep yourself stable. You really feel the effects of this once your leg is in the air.

2. The body saw itself makes you control your entire core as a unit while moving vertically.
