“Sometimes you'll never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.” - Tb to discussing how gorgeous this building is with my dear uncle. So thankful for his life. A true legend.
I’ve been in Lagos for two years now. Every now and then I get into weird moods (usually triggered by ridiculous traffic 🙄) - questioning why I moved in the first place. It’s usually either because things aren’t going as fast or efficiently as I’d like them to, or when things just don’t work.. period. But by the time I’m done over analyzing and scheming, what I always seem to get back to is purpose. How bad do you want to achieve these goals? Real bad, huh? Then get your ass up and get back to work. No one said it’ll be easy, but it’ll be worth it. ✨
PS- couldn’t help but still feel God’s love in the midst of all the chaos. Nature in all its glory. 😍
This reminds me of one of those “wish you were here” post cards. But the thing is, what I loved most about this public beach was no one else was there. 🤦🏾♀️😂
If you wanna be free from the chaos that can be Lagos, it’s literally right next to Tarkwa Bay- Lighthouse beach. 💙
