How much water do children need?
This is influenced by the amount of play and how active they are, the weather temperature, and their diet and health will also play a role. As a parent it is your responsibility to remind your child children to drink. So how much? A rule of thumb I go by is, children up to 8 years of age should drink a min of 4-5 glasses of water a day. Children 8 yrs and above need at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.

SO PICK THE RIGHT WATER
So I decided to break out a little and have low carb, high protein based pizza from muscle food. The last picture is of a family pizza, gluten free and it came out perfectly..! This was cooked at the very same time as the other one. I Got on to the company to explain what had happene, sent photos and was hoping for better explanation and instead the guy basically told me go back to SuperValu and get refund, as they sold it. I then challenged them further and when I asked, why this happened they just said it's because it's gluten free and I should use a tray, which may I add is not mentioned on the box. This is the second time this happened, which is the only reason I wrote an email in the first place. It's easy get caught up in a routine and just do things because of habit. Early morning coffee and quality time with my eldest son Rhys. He's full of questions, and buzzed about life. Every thing is new and exciting. But unlike normal children he wants to have hot chocolate in a hotel instead of McDonald's and prefers to eat in a quality restaurants and order steak or salmon with veg (not that it happens regularly 😁). I'm so proud of him and the choices he makes even though he is supposed to be inspired by me, I find my inspiration in him. He looks at life with open arms, without jealousy, envy, anger, predigious, worry or stress. He talks with everyone, smiles and says hello.
