Calendula is a vulnerary herb, great for healing wounds.
I'm excited for our garden this year, we have lavender, calendula (marigold), thyme, marjoram, jasmine, sage and a few other great plant friends to help heal these wombs that come into my care this year.

In my last video I was talking about week 1 of your cycle and the need to be quiet and receptive.
Week 2 is where you would normally be full of energy and ready to face the world, implementing all of the reflections and planning done during your rest and nurturing phase (menstrual week). Pay attention to how you feel, it connects you to your intuition and your innate knowing self.
