Major shoutout to one of my online clients, Lenny @vbfkennel for completing my 8 week online program!
Lenny checked in for every single workout and cardio program using the @selfmadefamilyinc Trainerize app, allowing me to monitor his progress and keep him accountable. He also followed each customized nutritional meal plan without cheating, which showed in his weekly check-ins with me.
As a result of his 100% efforts and commitment, Lenny lost 20lbs and 3 inches off his waist in just 8 weeks! We’re not done yet. He will be doing ANOTHER 8 weeks after enjoying a well deserved Thanksgiving feast.
I’m mega proud and pleased to be a part of his transformation journey. Now, let’s keep it going! 🙌🏽

I love what I do
You know, when I first decided to start training people, I didn’t know what to expect. Actually thought I would suck at it. Over the past few months though, I’ve found out that not only do I love it, but I’m pretty fu*king good at it lol.
My clients and the people that I work beside are what make this incredibly rewarding. The idea of pursuing my own dream and no longer working to pursue someone else’s has been the best feeling ever.

This season has been completely different. Not so much as being difficult..just not the same as the seasons before. The level of energy was greater when I had my brothers beside me. Several have moved on, traveling a different path towards the same goal. For that, I’ve had to truly hone in mentally..and hold myself solely accountable. Regardless..I move forward..continue training..and utilize the knowledge that each and every one of them gave me along the way. I’m sure that I will reunite with them on stage someday, but for now..I focus on the next level. #prodebut

Last off-season, I did a dirty bulk and it wasn’t my best decision. I had all sorts of issues. Bloating, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, greasy skin and insulin resistance to name a few.
This off-season, I’m on a lean bulk and the difference is significant. All of my levels are normal, body fat percentage is under control and I’m able to function at an optimized level while gaining increased strength and muscle mass.
Now, I’m not saying that dirty bulking is the wrong thing..it just doesn’t work for me. Overall wellness from the inside out is what I prefer.

3 years ago today, I decided to embark on a Birthday Body Transformation Journey, as a gift to myself.
Left Photo: Weight 225lbs, Body Fat 40%
Right Photo (this morning): Weight 156lbs, Body Fat 24.5%.
Total Loss: 69lbs and 15.5%
This has been a total struggle, but totally well worth it. Thank you to @thecampmovement @sefuerte_fitness and @coquitoblood for making this all possible. I am not saying you aren't beautiful in your own body. I personally wasn't happy in mine and made a change for ME! Now I am back to how I looked in high school, just with more muscles🤣💪🏼

What better way to start off the week, than by reaching new personal records.
@anelalanaki crushed it on squats, completing 6 reps at 175lbs; followed by 8 reps at 385lbs on the leg press.
She’s getting stronger and building muscle, while continuing to drop weight and body fat.
Definitely proud of her. Can’t wait to begin peeling back the layers as we prepare for her first NPC figure competition.

I motivate myself everyday to wake up and do what I need to. No one ever said it was easy, but it sure is a damn struggle. For over 10 years I weighed over 250lbs, roller coastered into weight loss over those years, so I am not knocking on anyone at all. I work full time and take care of my 6 babies (my fur baby counts), so I truly get the struggle. I started working out with @coquitoblood 8 weeks ago, when I was a winner from his 1 month training giveaway back in August. I decided to continue training with him and want to hit the stage as a figure competitor next year (2019 we coming). I lost 20.2lbs and 4.6% Body Fat so far. I am on no crazy strict diet either. I eat burgers, fries, poke bowls, cereal, sushi, etc. Just keep pushing yourself!!! YOU CAN DO IT 🙌🏻💪🏼🤙🏽

Manny began his journey one month ago. Incredibly deconditioned and imbalanced. Fast forward..his strength, stabilization and performance has improved immensely.

Yesterday, I received a lot of messages showing love to my OG client @anelalanaki aka “Beast”.
Some of you have found inspiration in her determination to reach her now new goal..perform 5 push-ups by the end of the month.

This #transformationtuesday goes out to @a_weatherbie Alex, who is one of my athletes, training to compete in her first ever NPC bikini competition next year. She began training with me only 3 weeks ago and her transformation is unbelievable! Down 6lbs in weight, 3” off the waist and gained an incredible amount of strength. Alex was super deconditioned and imbalanced. Could not do a push-up without being on her knees or shaking heavily. Now, she’s performing regular push-ups, as well as crushing every stabilization and strength exercise I throw at her. Super proud of her and can’t wait to see what happens in the next 3 weeks! 🙌🏽
