What happens with these “GAINERS” is that the organism doesn’t absorb all the protein excess and all those calories come from fillers‼️. 1. Work, Workout, Eat and Sleep like it’s Monday. At least 6 days of the week.
2. Remember number 1 and make it 1% better the next day. 
3. Learn, rinse and repeat with total faith in God & yourself.
