Is Brown Sugar Is Better To Use.
Well it's going to short answer.
It doesn't matter what colour sugar is, brown, white, yellow or green. SUGAR IS SUGAR
I don't know why people think that, if they going to use brown sugar or whatever sugar but not white, it's becomes healthy choice.
You need to understand. That sugar always will be sugar. And there no way around this. Don't be fooled by those who saying different.
Remember there are people who are saying that macros let them eat cakes. And people believe in that. Never knew macros can talk. But hey it's a new era. Who knows what's possible.
So again sugar is sugar doesn't matter what colour that sugar is.

Ok first and foremost, when you starting in this sport, everything you going to do will work. It doesn’t matter if its treadmill, elliptical, stair master, bicycle, whatever it is, it will work for you. And then comes that time, and that time comes really fast. When it doesn’t matter what you do nothing seems to work.
Well this is where you need to stop and make sure everything is in order. Remember your body evolving with you. Once your body adjust to the calories you take in and calories you burn it will stop dropping weigh, but this is doesn’t mean that you need to spend another hour doing cardio or that you need to cut more food. No that the biggest mistake people make. Remember your body will use muscle for energy, but not fat. So you will get smaller but not leaner.
Simple thing, and simple fix. Get a trainer, start using weight, trust me weight and cardio go hand in hand. And you will progress much more, and much faster, but with better results. And those results will shape you up the right way. Well i am taking that back, if you doing right that will shape you right way.
So this is it, simple thing. Cardio is a must, weight as well, if you really want to change your body. Food YES as well. But there is much more to it. Remember eating clean doesn’t need to be boring. There is plenty of seasonings to go around to make your food taste the way you LOVE it. So yes seasonings are good to go.
Don’t overdo with water. Your don’t want to flush your body. Drink when you want, as much as you want. But don’t do: I need to drink 4 gallons. NOPE do not do that.
Use salt, and as much as you want. You will thank me later. If trainer telling you that salt is not good, well your trainer is not good. Salt is a must for out bodies. Dont stop using salt.

CAN I EAT PROTEIN BARS ON THE DIET?
Great question. And has multiple answers. Well i will be straight to the point. Question to you, are you genetic freak? Here is the deal. There are athletes who actually use protein bars up to the day of the show, but in reality they are just a few people. Listen if everybody could eat protein bars, everybody would be in this sport right? But no this is not a case. Like i said, there are only few who can do that, and rest work they ass off to be in the great shape, not talking about stage ready shape. So if you see someone who is eating protein bars, it means they are genetic freaks, or plain not too smart. So to make sure i answered this question. YES some people can(very few people) and if you not loosing weight on the diet your trainer gave you with protein bar in it, well your trainer is just lazy and stupid to spend some time to figure it out real meal plan, and what fits your body.
CARDIO, HIIT, LISS or WHICH CARDIO IS THE BEST.
Ok jokes aside. I hate when people using those words HIIT, LISS. Can somebody say just CARDIO. It wasn’t so long ago, when we were using words like CARIO, CALORIES, FAT, CARBS, PROTEIN. Now days, HIIT, LISS, MACROS. and most people still have no idea what the heck you are talking about. This is how it sounds: WELL I AM GOIMG TO DO SO LISS. What???
Well again jokes aside. Cardio, its kind of simple thing. Well but i will get to the point.
1. There is no need to do cardio on empty stomach if you not competing.
2. Learn what gravity means, because there is no need to bring treadmill up to the highest point and hold yourself for the dear life not to fall down. Think about it, when you climbing mountain do your feet go first and body fallows? How the heck does that work. NO IT DOESNT. Your body leans forward do walk up to hill. So why in the hell do you holding to the machine and leaning back. WE ON EARTH. So no need for that.
3. No need to do cardio twice if you not competing
4. every cardio is good cardio, you just need right direction
