Slowly getting back into training mood and volume is growing from week to week. Looking forward to some faster stuff after a few weeks. Focusing on aerobic fitness and pure and simple endurance for now🤷🏻‍♂️😌 I‘ll be posting more in the coming weeks. Off-season is also off-Instagram for me😅🤣😘

Three times is a charm. Finally managed to lower my PB at the Marathon distance by a large margine. I am really happy with my result and grateful for the support of every single one of you, especially: @yaelleabondance @kuelebierg and @gsspeedy who came with me to Frankfurt and even took public transport to give me my gels at km 14 and 29😅😘 3 PBs in one season. I guess one could say I am very happy🤗😘
(Race report will come in a later post as well as splits etc.)

One week out of the @frankfurtmarathon and my legs feel good and rested. Really confident about my condition and I hope I will be able to perform the way I trained to...👌🏻🙏🏼 I‘ll keep you guys up to date😘

Throwback to my recent half marathon two weeks ago. Did some really good sessions meanwhile and I look forward to race my 5th Marathon in 14 days in Frankfurt😃🏁

My facial expression after a 35k longrun. It was actually my last real long-type effort leading up to the @frankfurtmarathon in 3 weeks and I am quite happy with how my legs felt. Obviously started to feel a bit tired starting the ☠️-Zone of 30ish clicks but still managed to maintain my pace with good form. As for nutrition I only had a 33cl bottle of water and one Gel which I took at km 24. That was maybe a bit late... not sure about that😉🤷🏻‍♂️ Topping this week off at 126k total. One more week of high volume and then I‘ll start to back a bit down... cheers🤗

Not exactly what I expected today at the Luxembourgish national Championships but still a solid performance and a 3min new PB🏁🔥🤗 Let‘s build on that! Cheers🤗

Put it in the work and the results will show in one way or the other. Work hard and don‘t let yourself down if you are not able to reach your goals in some training sessions or goal races. One thing I‘ve learned in the last years is that running is a sport that builds on consistency and perseverance! Grind and you‘ll get what you‘ve worked for🤙🏼

Another training week in the books. In one week I‘ll be running my first race since April this year. The endurance is on point, we‘ll see about the speed🤙🏼😜

Vacation‘s over. Last midlong run today at this beautiful location near Sainte Maxime. Miss the place and it‘s great running routes already😢😱 See you maybe next year🤗

Closing this great week with a solid longrun effort: 3,4k warmup, 26k around 150bpm and 4,6k cooldown for a total of 34km. I am happy with my progression over the last few weeks and I am looking forward to the next section of my training block leading up to @frankfurtmarathon 🧐😅
