💥🔥Band work 🔥💥
No training in the gym for over a week for me as I wanted to rest and reset the body while I was on hols but had to get a wee sneaky run and some band work in 😜 seriously if your going on holiday grab some bands, look some exercises up on YouTube and get working 👌 high reps and little rest 🙌
Have been deciding on whether to post this or not but to be honest I'm so proud of my work over the last 4 months I wanted to start sharing my butt building journey 🙈
Ok so I neglected the hamstrings and glutes for so long. They were definitely asleep and the quads were taking over 😭
4 months later I'm actually feeling glutes and hamstrings after each leg session. The last 2 months I have changed my training and have seen a big difference. Two lower training sessions per week, different exercises each session, and different reps and sets so that the body doesn't know what to expect.

Training shoulders once a week these days and here's a few that's always added in 👌
💡Rear delt flyes 💡Smith machine upright rows. My favourite as I can concentrate more with movement and keep it strict on the Smith machine
💡and a little finisher 🔥 really light weight going to failure for 3 sets 😜

Add a band or even dumbbell for resistance. Another good one to add to finish that leg session 🔥 📸
Video quality hasn't been the best wanting to get some clips up if anyone can recommend a good camera for recording 📽
Fridays thought 💭 🌼
Woke up to the thought that although I have some fitness goals that I have been working on, the importance of being happy where I am at the moment is even more important than reaching them goals. 🌺
Feeling a lot more content realising that there is a journey to go to reaching those goals. I have reminded myself it's a journey and will take time. There will always be goals but being happy and confident with ourselves at this moment is key to reaching them. Enjoying the process, learning new things and simply being happy ⭐️
And yep that's a big pile of gym gear on the floor ☺️😂🙄
