If you’re not loving what you’re doing, you’re starving or tired or not feeling yourself - access the situation and shift things around. Your body ultimately is your best friend - take care of it ❤️
Actually had so much fun filming some bodyweight HIIT exercises for @bodybymg❤️ I’m mostly a weights gal, but mastering body weight exercises and increasing your cardiovascular fitness all helps in paving the way to smashing your PB’s.
HIIT is superior to LISS for fat loss , especially targeting those stubborn fat areas- all achieved in a shorter period of time then LISS. Shorter workouts take stress off your adrenal system and leave cortisol balanced. Balanced cortisol is fundamental for fat loss and maximising gains!🙏🏼🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💪🏼💪🏼 This little circuit featured:
• jumping squats • glute bridges • crunches

I’ve been going absolutely hard lately with gym and @bodybymg. I think my motivation has increased by switching my focus to being the best version on myself rather than aspiring to look like someone else. I hate training abs - but adding 10 minutes of @bodybymg abs at the end of each sessions has been improve my deadlifts and general performance. There’s about two weeks between the two pics - nothing major but definitely feeling leaner on the right - compared to the first. #byby#workitwithCW#workitwithMG

- to keep training 5-6 times consistently - less screen time

I love to keep my rest days active - I find personally it aids in my recovery and keeps my mind busy.
I weight train most days, either my own written workouts or the @bodybymg Gym guide - but my favourite activity outside of the gym is Reformer Pilates. I’ve found its helped greatly with form, posture and flexibility. Also.. is definitely not for the faint hearted.
Today’s workout included:
- @bodybymg glute pumpers
- 1 hour fasted LISS
- intermediate reformer Pilates class

With the year coming to a close super fast, I think it’s important for everyone to reflect on what progress they have made in a year.
In a world that’s fast paced and full of comparison, reflecting on what you have achieved, what has and hasn’t gone right and where you see yourself in the next twelve months is a great motivational tool and key part in a successful journey.

Definitely feeling overall better in myself over the past 2 months ⭐️ My moods have been a lot more stable, my energy has increased, I’m feeling a lot leaner and I’m quite happy with how everything is progressing. Couldn’t have done this without the guidance of @betterhealthwithjess And @projectbetter.au ❤️ For me this mini journey wasn’t about weight loss - my whole quality of life has improved. I was struggling with a lot issues that were effecting my training and life outside gym.
I’m happier, motivated and excited for everything to come ❤️ I’ll be restarting @bodybymg this week! And I encourage you all too aswell! I’ve been using the home guide alongside my own training - but I’m going to try the gym guide this time around. Stay tuned 💫👏🏼

This product is my favourite thing in the world atm - not only does it taste delish just on its own, but it’s great if you’re sensitive to caffeine or struggle with cortisol issues. It’s packed full of natural stimulants to give you a nice boost in energy without feeling anxious or wired.
