I often forget to slow down until I’m completely exhausted mentally, physically, & emotionally. It’s an unhealthy routine that I had established with my busy schedule. Lately I’ve learned to put aside an hour a day to workout & destress, to spend 1-2 days a month exploring the outdoors in order to get away from reality, & to pamper myself for half a day every Sunday so I can recoup. Always take care of yourself because when you’re at your best you accomplish more!
