Café Opera is a café and nightclub in the Royal Swedish Opera building and part of the Operakällaren, which serves as a bistro, brasserie and tearoom during the day but becomes one of Sweden's most famous and busiest nightclubs after 10 pm.
After 9 years of development the Stockholm City line finally opened in 2017. It has been described as Sweden's most complicated infrastructure project in modern times. As for the architecture the idea was, instead of ordinary stations, to create something that resembles high-quality underground air terminals.

The House of Culture, which opened in 1974, is a cultural center which hosts many initiatives every year, with dozens of contemporary cultural events, including photo exhibitions, stories for children, concerts, literary discussions, films, debates. The statue of the Swedish King Gustav III is depicted rising ashore in triumph after the Russian war 1788-1790, which happened in the same place as the statue stands. The statue was donated and paid for by the bourgeoisie of Stockholm and can be seen as their thanks to the king. Gustaf III then gave the statue to the city, to pay attention to the bourgeoisie and thank them for their support during the war.
