Refreshing reset holiday in Antalya before returning to the States...final sites to see, kitties to cuddle, shops to shop, unforgettable obligatory hamam (Turkish bath!), dotted with Efes and salted "pistach", and last supper with dear friends...all before a morning departure with hours of mid-flight contemplation ahead.
One last thank you with an exhale, as I set foot again on US soil, and eagerly await the next tale to be told in the quickly approaching distance. 👢🌏✨💖
Saying goodbye is the hardest part..."thank you" cannot capture the gratitude I have for all who took part. The biggest thanks goes to @a.cuneyter and @conderer73 for pulling the world together for this amazing week.
...we are now off to Antalya for a short and well-deserved holiday before returning home with our hearts full.
The moment of truth...and the kiln tells no lie! Prizes and surprises, results were a mixed bag, but our documentation tells the whole story so the next time will be cherry 🍒
Moreover, the Virgo Trio of myself, @trpacini and @ljubica_jocicknezevic were granted the honor of christening the kiln "Aya"...a mixed translation of Japanese and Turkish meaning "Divine Love" 💖 ~ bir sonrakine kadar ~
What's done is done...while the kiln cools, it's time for a little holiday around the ancient ruins of Olympos and the Sea side.
The ruins populate the valley in lovely hidden pastoral vignettes leading to the pebbled beach of crashing cerulean waves. Pretty ideal way to await the fruits of our labors!
