🍽- I can’t control everything in my life but I can DEFINITELY control what I put into my body. If it’s not working for you, it’s working AGAINST you. No one can outwork a terrible diet.

Most people who want to get “in shape” or “get fit”, like the idea of being in shape but don’t and WON’T put forth the effort necessary to do so.

An initial step for anyone on ANY level for dieting is to eliminate the things you absolutely KNOW aren’t good for you. Everyone knows...

-If you drink a lot of soda...cut it
-excessive sweets....cut it
-no water.....DRINK 💧
......it doesn’t take a fitness professional to START, just begin.
