Philips’s motivation to work with me was the @capecrossfit #ccf8weekschallenge Philip decided throughout the challenge he needed a Nutrition Coach to guide him in a healthy manner to lose weight sustainably!
After 8 weeks of hard work not only in the kitchen but at training too @capecrossfitnewlands Phil has managed to lose a whopping 13kgs & has lost 13cm around his waist not to mention the loss of body fat % is massive! 😳
Congratulations @philipbotha1995 I’m so proud of you & stoked you are reaching your goals you set out to beat! 👏🏼We will continue to work together into the new year! Let the graft continue!

@Avron.goodman has been working extremely hard in the kitchen as well as in the gym @capecrossfit 🍕
Avron and I have been working together for 3 months approx. He has has lost a total of 8,5kg, 11cm around the waist & of course shaved off a lot of body fat %!
Avron does crossfit everyday & does PVT PT sessions with @dianeswart 3 x per week! @avron.goodman is a hardworking business man & runs around after 4 kids on the weekend!
