Who doesn’t love lemon drizzle cake?
This morning’s pancakes were certainly citrus inspired 🤤 I used my base pancake recipe but added a heaped teaspoon of our Orange Amped Hydrate into the pancake mixture, added a little chopped orange onto the pancakes as they cooked, char grilled a few orange slices for the topping, sprinkled lemon zest and a dusting of the Amped Hydrate sugar.. and holy moly it’s truly divine! Gluten free, protein packed, uber healthy and brimming with nutrients to help you feel amazing!

Can’t believe this Saturday is the last FIT KIDS session for 2018! We go on hols for 2 weeks next weekend and so it has to be so! And we did a little fund raising for Crisis at Christmas to help the homeless off the streets and into a warm bed, food, showers, medical care and help in a new direction for Xmas. I’m so proud of my friends that turn up every Saturday to work their butts off. I mean they just keep showing up! 😂 and it’s because of them that I turn up too. 🙌🏆 I often ask myself how I want to show up in the world, and if I can help others feel better about themselves.. then I’m in. Thanks gals. You truly are such an awesome mob and I’m so grateful for your energy, light and friendship. Mwah 💪😎😘😘 bring on 2019 👊🙏💪

The only way to grow, to learn, to evolve, to get a deeper understanding of all that is.. is to push your limits and trust in the unknown. Learn to live with feeling a little uncomfortable sometimes, face the fear, stare it down, and do it anyway. And as the comfort zone expands, you take another step outside it.. This weeks session with the amazing @emmaashley3 was decent. Always challenging me, always keeping me guessing. Try weighted squat jumps for a change! Try sitting in a squat hold position while doing heavy last pull downs. Omfg! 😅 Feeling it! 😆💪😎
Feeling chuffed. We just completed week 5 of our 6 week BODYHIIT6 series! That’s 3 sessions of intense HIIT training a week - burns fat faster, builds strength and it’s a real sense of achievement! I come home feeling more patient, happier and ready to tackle the day with these two maniacs. 😆😍💪
I LOVE how I feel after a cleanse day!!! Best described like being in the Limitless movie with Bradley Cooper! 😂 everything seems clearer, more in focus, brighter, more colourful, so much more is achieved. I literally feel smarter. Ok that’s pushing it but was worth a try 😂 the cleanse day boosts my human growth hormone so I feel alive, strong and very ready for my brekkie! A natural high for sure 😆🙌 Oh it’s a very happy morning for me and my Mocha & Peanut butter protein shake. Soooooooo god damn good I could cry 😭😆😎👊😋😋😋
A word to all those 40 and above in the group.. When I started Isagenix almost 3 years ago, I was 38. I was knackered, bloated, spotty skin, grumpy and had really low moments. As a mum, I had a responsibility to my kids, I knew that had to snap out of it. I thought that getting back to the gym after 2 kids was the answer. I hadn’t quite connected the dots between my diet, wine drinking and chocolate eating. duh. Ha! My husband missed the old-me too. Know this first, I thought I was knowledgable, I thought my version of eating clean was right, I used to be quite fit - but never was I really that happy with the way I felt in my clothes. My clothes felt a little tight, I was unhappy with my muscle tone despite my efforts, so I’d hide in my clothes, I’d rarely show off my arms.. isn’t it shocking how hard we can be on ourselves if we don’t like what we see in the mirror. And sometimes we settle and think because we’re getting older that feeling this way is a normal progression. It’s not normal. But it was how I felt inside that photos often can’t capture. I felt drained, overwhelmed with 2 young boys, stressed which what career direction to take next, I was frankly a bit terrified. Too many of us fear turning 40 like its “the end” of the end. I decided I didn’t want to feel that way. I wanted to welcome that big 4.0 in feeling better than ever before. I wasn’t sure it was possible but there was only one way to find out. So I decided to suck up my skepticism ( oh yes I was an Isa-non-believer at first ) and didn’t tell a soul that I invested in my first Ultimate pack. I quietly went about my new routine, and became brighter, I slept like a log, my skin cleared, I dropped sticky weight I never thought would go, my muscles ( I didn’t know I had! ) started to pop, I feel frikken amazing. My husband noticed my nicer demeanour too 😆 I went on holiday after 3.5 weeks on the system and my friends noticed. I had to share to help others feel the same. And I’m so glad I did, and still do!! 41 this Feb - feeling fierce, feeling ageless. So grateful to you @anna.trubuhovich for showing me the way 🙏

We close week 4 of #BODYHIIT6 series with proper muscle exhaustion. Each set relentless on muscle groups - butt & legs, full core, upper body and some real lung bursters. There is a love-hate feeling when doing intense HIIT training like this. It feels amazing to achieve it, but they’re cursing me and call me names in their head at the same time 😂😂that’s ok. I’m used to it! Ha! Even I hate me sometimes. Well done girls. 🙌 Enter the weekend guilt-free and continue fat burning for the next 24+hrs. Yussssss. Happy Friday 👊
I’m loving how fitness trends evolve, morph and merge. I tried out my first taster BLAZE session with the awesome @teamdb.pt at @davidlloydhampton today. I had a 1-2-1 training induction and sampled what an intense 9min round felt like. A full session has 3 x 9min rounds or the killer session has 3 x 12min rounds. Heart monitor on with one goal in mind - to watch my heart rate on the large screen climb into my red zone, that’s 90% of my maximum as often as possible. Now I’ve progressed in my own fitness and strength significantly over the past 2 years, but this is indeed next level. I can see why it’s become a craze and a fully booked class. It’s lethal. Relentless. Super charged with sprint & HIIT intervals, weight training and combat. I got my sweat on and left wanting more even despite my lungs burning. Oh dear. I think I’m hooked. 😜👊
Introducing.... Roasted Sweet Fig & Orange protein pancakes!
I’ve been dying to do pancakes with fresh figs for ages!! I’ve dreamt about this moment 😆 also would be VERY good with some sneaky rashers of smoked bacon ( for another day ). Use my base protein pancake recipe 👍 .. but in the mixture use 3 x tsp our all natural Amped Hydrate in Orange plus chop up fresh orange and place intermittently on top of the pancakes as they cook in the pan, then flip. Also zest an orange and use to sprinkle over your final creation. You could also use shavings of dark chocolate. Don’t hold back on lashings of pure maple syrup too. Sooooooo good.
I roasted halved fresh figs with a drizzle of manuka honey on each. 🙌 then place them on top of your stack.
Now devour! Happy Sunday

I’ve created a warm Mocha-licious smoothie bowl topped with pistachios, shaved coconut, some melted dark chocolate IsaDelights and I’ve spooned through a cold streak of plain organic yogurt.
Sooooo good. Uber rich in antioxidants and protein to the max 🙏
