What's the rush?

We often hustle and bustle through our lives without actually living it. Or living "in it". Without being Present.

The only thing we truly have, is this Present Moment. The concept of the Future is a projected abstract thought of Reality. The reflection of the Past in the Mind is a narrative we tell ourselves, reflective of the language and perspective we choose to shape it with.

The Present Moment however, is the Mystery. Is within our control. Is where things actually happen.

If we take our Minds to this Space, and allow it to Be. Allow ourselves to Be. Allow Self-Awareness to be more apparent, and a tool...

You can then Create any Reality you wish to live. ANY, Reality. .
But... it begins here. You looking at your phone reading this paragraph on this intensely powerful tool of influence and human connection called Social Media.

Alright, so one thing that I'm not very good about is bragging about my athletes. My vibe is, I don't really wanna be one of those coach's that's like - "yo, check out how awesome we are and yada yada..." but, what I've realized is... it doesn't gotta be "Ego" based, talking about my athletes. These people I'm blessed to have in my life are accomplishing some seriously cool shit, across the  board. And I'm super proud of em.
