Can’t stress how important posing is!!! She came to me at 3 weeks out and only started posing with me 2 weeks out. First video was her own posing, swipe to see how her posing is after 3 sessions! Took 3 lessons to change the way she posed, The way she walked and presented herself. Made a few tweaks here and there to make her body look more balanced. For 3 sessions, I think she improved quite a lot!
Learn how to pose and present yourself in front of the judges, no matter how good your body looks, posing is the most crucial in presenting all your strength to the judges. Taking in posing clients now!! Dont start at the last minute!

Lean and mean. Now it’s time to be big and strong 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 been suffering from some tummy and injuries issues the past few days that’s hindering my training regime. But it’s ok. Gotta get those issues fixed before moving forward and making improvements!
No, I don’t look like this on a daily basis, I’m not shredded year round. But it’s okay, there’s a time and place for everything. When I’m not prepping for a competition, I eat everything in moderation, I don’t starve, I eat carbs and I’m happy. Yes people might ask why I’m not shredded anymore. But what they don’t know is that it’s not healthy to be THAT shredded. My period stops coming and it’s bad for health. After every competition, I don’t REBOUND 10kgs, I don’t binge eat. I eat what I want when I want but I still keep it fairly clean. I still workout, I still do my cardio(just lesser). The trick is to love what you do and realize that there’s a time and place for everything in life. -
Don’t be too caught up with the fat gain, just get back on track and the results will come. Be patient and trust the process. 💕

Stepping onto stage the first time back in 2016, I didn’t know what the judges were looking for. All I wanted was just to be shredded and have sick abs. But I took a year off, to learn, to improve myself. To understand what the judges actually want, and apply that understanding to my training and diet. No mindlessly ego lifting with shitty form. My first coach @filsanity brought me to where I couldn’t imagine my body would be and I couldn’t thank her enough for the year of hard work that she had put in, for the knowledge that she has taught me. So thank you champion coach for making me a champion the first time, which gave me the confidence to keep pushing myself to greater heights. I’ll be forever grateful to you. 💕💕💕 -
But this year, I decided to hire another coach, because you can never stop learning from someone else. There’s so much to learn from so many different coaches. As a coach myself, i need a coach during prep, because in your own eyes, you will never be good enough, lean enough. You need another professional eye to let you know if you’re going in the right or wrong direction. An honest coach who will be hard on you because he/she wants the best from u.
My coach @brandon.yang_ was just that. He has a keen eye for detail, he pushes me harder than I thought I could, he sees things the way I couldn’t. He doesn’t sugarcoat ANYTHING, which is what I needed, tough love. I’ve learnt so much from him and we make a damn good team. Thank you for all your hard work, for putting up with my cancellations ,all my health issues and injuries. And thank you for never lying to me about my progress. 🙆🏻🙆🏻 Something better is brewing, next year is gonna be a bomb year(hopefully). LETS GO GET IT!!! YOU CAN ONLY GET BETTER 💪🏻🔥 .
