I was at Geekout for about 3 hours this year, shame cause I do love Geekout, its a camping con with a music festival at night, but its always after Colossal, where I'm still recovering from that weekend. This was also the first public appearance of @lynelizbergs Tinkerbell.

Im really excited for The Last of Us 2. The first game changed my life, I couldn't play anything for a few months after because nothing was near as good. This whole shoot was built around a couple of my favorite things in the game. Ellie learning how to whistle, along with her exploratory nature, and the darkness and suspensefulness of the game. @boxturtlecosplay as Ellie and @dr_short as the clicker
"Cash, Rules, Everything, Around, Me C.R.E.A.M. Get the money
Dollar, dollar bill y'all" Juni Taisen was a surprise for me, I've been slacking on shows for a while and watched it after this shoot and loved everything about it. "Snake (@snailwithcoffee ), killing in the name of money"
Bonus picture of the first shot where @tanaka.bun threw the cash right at snails face
"I'm Momo, a peach blossom spirit.
When I was still a peach tree, people often mistook me for a cherry tree. So when I took human form, I made sure I looked completely different from Sakura." I really wish the weather was different during tekko. @ad.i.la did a great job with her cosplay, outside with a bit of wind would have been perfect.
Back around April, April 1st to be exact, there was a huge gathering of cousins from the pokemon Service World. Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny from all over congregated for their yearly family reunion in Saffron City. I happened to be near a Pokemon center where I ran into two Nurse Joy, @lynelizbergs and @nightingale_vixen who were on their way to the reunion.
This was a fun way to start the shoot.
Technical rambing: When doing the usual research on characters, I came across a couple of images showing off both sides of her character, so I messaged @saucy.sloth telling her I wanted to do something similar. We ended up taking a few shots to get the timing right, and the last one to make sure I could come up with the final image the way I wanted it. I originally wanted the area to be darker, but some of the locations were unavailable, so I had to settle for different lighting. 6 second exposure at f16 iso 100. Manually shot both flashes, one with a red gel filter and one with no filter.

@tanaka.bun and @snailwithcoffee are alive in this one! Only took about 15 tries to get the cards falling in a decent position. Special thanks to @pastelanarchycosplay , @nyan3rs , and @izzecosplays for helping us with the cards, they saw our struggle and were kind enough to help us out
