Nothing exciting just a slow 90% @ 395lbs
I’m not following any structured program (right now)! I’ve just been lifting & enjoying my workouts.
After my last meet prep I was pretty burnt out so it’s nice finding that balance of fun and challenging.
It’s important for me to enjoy my workouts. When I start dreading coming into the gym I know that it’s time to change the pace.
Workout wise I’ve been integrating a lot of olympic lifts, as well functional training & cardio.
I’ve been falling in love with process again & it’s crazy motivating!
