Because a single thread of hope,
Is still a very powerful thing!
I share these beautiful quotes & Health Tips with you daily and that is really my passion!
Because all i have ever dreamed of doing, since a small child, is to uplift & provide strength to other souls when they are in need.
But to be completly honest,
I fail so much in many ways in this life.
And at times i am my own worst enemy!
FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON
i have always felt not worthy of things, things that other people find natural in their life.
I have this strange thing where i do not feel worthy of money..
it is a reoccurring event in my life...I know it sounds strange..
As i still don't quiet understand it..but i know it's there.
In every detail of my life where i have succeeded, I Have also stopped my self from succeeding more.
In times when money flows my way(winning it or earning it) i do not feel worthy so i waste it or lose it (deep down, i know i must do this on purpose)
Than i really get more depressed within myself,
knowing i did not overcome the feeling of "not being worthy".
When i try to take control of my life, & find where these unknown feelings are coming from... I keep failing...
I look back to my younger self,
the child within me and i realize that i have always felt this way.
Is this something from a past life maybe?
I'm longing to be healed of this and move on...But i just do not know how.
What did i do to deserve this?
What i do know is...if you believe you deserve it, the Universe will serve it.
If you believe you deserve shit, you will be served shit!
So if you also struggle with this daily,
Please try and work on this within yourselves, like i am too.
Because at the end of the day we are infinite beings and we should never put ourselves in this corner of unworthiness.
We are all worthy - we are all equal - we are all connected.
What we need to disconnect ourselves from, is the judgement from ourselves & from others. 🌷
A healing process that takes time...but we will all get there i hope 💜
Love to you all xx
An alkaline diet — also known as the alkaline ash diet, alkaline acid diet, acid ash diet, acid alkaline diet and even sometimes the pH diet — is one that helps balance the blood pH level of the fluids in your body, including your blood and urine. Your pH is partially determined by the mineral density of the foods you eat.
All living organisms and life forms on earth depend on maintaining appropriate pH levels, and it’s often said that disease and disorder cannot take root in a body that has a balanced pH.
Alkaline Diet Benefits
🌷Protects bone density & Muscle mass 🌷Boost Vitamin absorbtion & prevents magnesium deficiency
🌷Helps improve Immune function & Cancer Protection
🌷Lowers risk of Hypertension & Stroke
🌷Help you to maintain a healthy weight
🌷Lowers Chronic Pain & inflammation
🔯Affirmation For Today🔯
I chose to share this with you today because honestly this is something i still need to work on myself!
BUT also so many others are having troubles dealing with stress daily aswell.
🌋Some of us do not know how to deal with stress at all
🌀And some of us do, but it still gets us down at times.
And all of that is ok!
But the thing we need to do is to acknowledge the stress as a part of life!
It's going to be there no matter what!
Ask yourself "Do i want to be a victim to my stress?" or do i want to use it to rise above and better my Life AND myself for the better!
That's why i was handed the stressful situation in the first place right! (Thanks Universe😄) The word stress is thrown around about as much as the word love these days. “I’m so stressed out,” “I’m under a lot of stress lately,” “my kids, my job, the news. . . make me so stressed.”
🔯While some people waste time and energy thinking things like, "I shouldn't have to deal with this," mentally strong people know that setbacks, problems, and hardships are inevitable.
When stressful situations arise, they devote their efforts into doing what they can to move forward. Even when they can't change the circumstances, they know they can always take steps to improve their lives.
So how do we incorporate this into our daily lives 🌍🎆We know we are strong Souls, we are Warriors!
I trully believe that just staying present in THIS moment and being GRATEFUL each second of your day, has a MASSIVE impact on our ability to not only cope with daily stresses but to see stress in a different light altogether. 🎆
🔯Stay Grounded- For your soul
🌿Stay Grateful- Family&friends
❤Stay Kind - For your World
🌙Stay Guarded - For your space
🌍Stay Present-For your Life 🍀
🍀Stay Peaceful in times of stress
🙏Because this too will Pass
Always remember there are so many more people worse of than us.
Some of our stresses are really trivial, compared to what some souls are going through in our world today❤
My Motto for myself today!
☀MANIFEST AND STRESS LESS
Have a Magical Day you beautiful Souls ❤
Kimchi is among the oldest traditional dishes originating in Korea, which has been around as early as 37 BC – 7 AD. Its name is derived from ‘shimchae,’ meaning ‘salting of vegetables.’ Kimchi was cited in antique journals dating back thousands of years ago. At present, kimchi is a national dish in Korea and is among the leading food trends worldwide.
There are several different recipes for preparing kimchi, but all have vegetables and seasonings in common such as the napa cabbage, Korean radish, cucumber, scallion, red chili paste, red pepper powder, and so forth.
Kimchi goes through a fermentation process inside tightly sealed jars ranging from days to months. During this process, the taste, texture, and nutritional quality of kimchi drastically changes and improves; hence, the escalating popularity of the napa cabbage as a ‘superfood.’
The result is a dish rich in vitamins A and B and minerals like calcium and iron on top of its gut-healthy bacteria. It is said that the average Korean adult consumes at least one serving (100g) of kimchi a day, which immediately puts them over 50% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C and carotene.
Health benefits of kimchi include an improved heart health and a healthy digestive system. The wealth of antioxidants in it exercise healing effects in medical conditions like cancer, diabetes, obesity, atopic dermatitis, and gastric ulcers.
This flavonoid and probiotic-rich food delays aging, regulates cholesterol levels, and boosts the immune system.
White fleshed fruits such as apples, bananas and pears contain an unusually high amount of flavonoids.
Flavonoids are a diverse group of phytonutrients, found in almost all fruits and vegetables.
Diets rich in flavonoid-containing foods are sometimes associated with cancer, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular disease prevention. 🌈🌈🌈🌈Results from this meta-analysis suggest that higher dietary flavonoid intake may moderately lower the risk of stroke.
The meta-analysis yielded 11 prospective cohort studies involving 356 627 participants and more than 5154 stroke cases.
The pooled estimate of the multivariate relative risk of stroke for the highest compared with the lowest dietary flavonoid intake was 0.89 (95% CI 0.82 to 0.97; p=0.006). Dose-response analysis indicated that the summary relative risk of stroke for an increase of 100 mg flavonoids consumed per day was 0.91 (95% CI 0.77 to 1.08) without heterogeneity among studies (I2=0%). Stratifying by follow-up duration, the relative risk of stroke for flavonoid intake was 0.89 (95% CI 0.81 to 0.99) in studies with more than 10 years of follow-up.
(THESE ARE AMAZING RESULTS) 🌿Plantbased All the way💙
People have lived in Australia for at least 65,000 years. In all those generations the land provided original Australians with everything they needed for a healthy life.
At least half the food eaten by the first Australians came from plants, and it was the task of women to collect them. Fruits, seeds and greens were seasonal, but roots could usually be dug up all year round, because the earth acted as a natural storage cupboard
In the southern parts of Australia, roots (applying that word to all the underground parts of a plant) were the most important foods.
There are more than 700 species of eucalyptus and most are native to Australia; a very small number are found in adjacent areas of New Guinea and Indonesia.
Eucalyptus leaves can be infused for body pains and fevers and chills. Today it is also used commercially in mouthwash, throat lozenges and cough suppressants.
