i have always felt not worthy of things, things that other people find natural in their life.
For example...
I have this strange thing where i do not feel worthy of money..
it is a reoccurring event in my life...I know it sounds strange..
As i still don't quiet understand it..but i know it's there.
In every detail of my life where i have succeeded, I Have also stopped my self from succeeding more.
In times when money flows my way(winning it or earning it) i do not feel worthy so i waste it or lose it (deep down, i know i must do this on purpose)
Than i really get more depressed within myself,
knowing i did not overcome the feeling of "not being worthy".

When i try to take control of my life, & find where these unknown feelings are coming from... I keep failing...
I look back to my younger self, 
the child within me and i realize that i have always felt this way.
But Why???
Is this something from a past life maybe?
I'm longing to be healed of this and move on...But i just do not know how.
What did i do to deserve this?

What i do know is...if you believe you deserve it, the Universe will serve it.
If you believe you deserve shit, you will be served shit!

So if you also struggle with this daily,
 Please try and work on this within yourselves, like i am too.
 Because at the end of the day we are infinite beings and we should never put ourselves in this corner of unworthiness.

I chose to share this with you  today because honestly this is something i still need to work on myself!
BUT also so many others are having troubles dealing with stress daily aswell.
🌋Some of us do not know how to deal with stress at all
🌀And some of us do, but it still gets us down at times.
And all of that is ok!
But the thing we need to do is to acknowledge the stress as a part of life!
It's going to be there no matter what!
Ask yourself "Do i want to be a victim to my stress?" or do i want to use it to rise above and better my Life AND myself for the better! 
That's why i was handed the stressful situation in the first place right! (Thanks Universe😄) The word stress is thrown around about as much as the word love these days. “I’m so stressed out,” “I’m under a lot of stress lately,” “my kids, my job, the news. . . make me so stressed.”
🔯While some people waste time and energy thinking things like, "I shouldn't have to deal with this," mentally strong people know that setbacks, problems, and hardships are inevitable. 
When stressful situations arise, they devote their efforts into doing what they can to move forward. Even when they can't change the circumstances, they know they can always take steps to improve their lives.

So how do we incorporate this into our daily lives 🌍🎆We know we are strong Souls, we are Warriors!

Kimchi is among the oldest traditional dishes originating in Korea, which has been around as early as 37 BC – 7 AD. Its name is derived from ‘shimchae,’ meaning ‘salting of vegetables.’ Kimchi was cited in antique journals dating back thousands of years ago. There are several different recipes for preparing kimchi, but all have vegetables and seasonings in common such as the napa cabbage, Korean radish, cucumber, scallion, red chili paste, red pepper powder, and so forth.
Kimchi goes through a fermentation process inside tightly sealed jars ranging from days to months. During this process, the taste, texture, and nutritional quality of kimchi drastically changes and improves; hence, the escalating popularity of the napa cabbage as a ‘superfood.’
The result is a dish rich in vitamins A and B and minerals like calcium and iron on top of its gut-healthy bacteria. It is said that the average Korean adult consumes at least one serving (100g) of kimchi a day, which immediately puts them over 50% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C and carotene.

Dose-response analysis indicated that the summary relative risk of stroke for an increase of 100 mg flavonoids consumed per day was 0.91 (95% CI 0.77 to 1.08) without heterogeneity among studies (I2=0%). Stratifying by follow-up duration, the relative risk of stroke for flavonoid intake was 0.89 (95% CI 0.81 to 0.99) in studies with more than 10 years of follow-up.
