Next up in our #throwbackthursday series is a sneak peak into a small chunk of the time it took us to setup most of the equipment! We were joined by Simon from @againfastereu for two days and we were incredibly lucky to have him with us. He is officially the hardest worker we've ever met! Since the initial equipment install and build we've added lots of equipment and tomorrow we're adding two more bits of kit so get hype! Watching these videos have helped us realise just how much has happened since June 2nd. It's hard to appreciate it when you're in the middle of the storm but we're incredibly grateful to all of our community for making Athlete Movement the place it is.

His work ethic is unbelievable and his hard work keeps him on the tennis court year round. The benefits of weight training in later life are massive and it can help reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, back pain and much more. Starting this Monday, January 7th, from 7pm - 8.30pm you can join our fantastic Weightlifting Coach @stconditioning at our Olympic Weightlifting Club sessions. Olympic Weightlifting Club is FREE to all gym members and just £6 for guests. The only entry requirements are that you know the basics of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The club sessions have a great atmosphere with everyone coaching and motivating each other to hit PBs and improve their technique.
